If its so wasy to get off with water, how would I seal it to make it playable and handable with sweaty fingers? Everybody is just gushing about this stuff without mentioning that a single tiny drop of water or even moisture in the air reflows it again

So, i didn't leave it very long to dry. Before I threw the worn effects at it. so I think either A leave it overnight before using that stuff, or B, leave it overnight and stick clear coat down before using worn effects. need to paly more.

Several light coats of matte varnish. Ideally with an airbrush.
