Undead unluck and kagurabachi are some really good mangas that are still getting new installments, and while one piece is in its final saga, its got a minimum of 2 more years, there’s still so many unknowns
Kagurabachi is really good too. Sakamoto and Kagurabachi are peak. OP ain't ending for at least another 3 years. Its the final saga not the final arc. The last saga lasted like more than a decade.
Imma say Yozakura Family, Gachiakuta, Tougen Anki, Gokurakugai too since they are also very very good seinen and shonen manga !!! Yozakura and Tougen already have many chapters tho compared to Gachia and Gokura. Maybe some like Ao no Exorcist or FairyTail 100 Years Quest will have their come back ? @@ClayxMotion I think the story is cool same as the powers and MC but it's true that the antagonists themself aren't really memorable, and I also think that the story didn't develop the whole things around special elemental power demons (forgot their names), and also the story surrouding the MC's father and his family line. But the originality of the story kinda covers it up, like in JJK, and the start of the serie till when the MC's new best friend has discovered his true identity was fun to read, the best is when the antagonists attacked the place and the MC awakened as the Fire. We may need a true emblematic villain to make to manga better, one that try to collect all Elements to do idk what very evil plan, and also the chapters need to be longer with at least one influential/important/revelant thing in each like in many mangas.
Ive been wanting to make my own manga for a wile now and wile I don't think that alone will change anything since I'm new to this whole thing I think if enough peaple make new manga then there's bound to be one that stands out above the rest and will take the world by storm

Yea MHA really does have big spinoff opportunities so does One Piece with all the characters that are just sort of in the sidelines or with some of the backstory characters like Rocks
@@fredrick-jr1qi Omg don't mention One piece there's SO many side characters and side plots i think would deserve a full spin-off, like I would love to see a Shanks one myself 😵💫🥺
I really hope one of the more underrated absolutely amazing manga gets their time to shine in shonen jump, as sad as I am they those three are ending I think it’s also interesting to see which mangas are gonnna get picked to get shown in shonen jump next.
The number of series that ended when they were just starting to find their place is kinda staggering. I use to try and stay up to date with everything that came out of WSJ, but it got kinda depressing with all the cancellations of legitimately good ideas. Unfortunately, I don't think underrated works will ever have a long life.
When dragon ball ended in Japan, it took off in the U.S., and when it was about to end in the U.S., it took off here in South Africa. It's awesome. I'm about halfway in One piece and only seen like 20% of Jujutsu Kaisen, so I'm good.
Good, maybe we'll have some more unique works prop up. I haven't had as much success finding manga that I like lately, so maybe we'll see some more good works out of desperation.
Those aren't anime lol(yet), they are mangas, and they are pretty huge within a certainaudience. Specially Sakamoto days everyone seems to lovr it. Sakamoto days and Blue Box have confirmed anime adaptations coming later this year or early january, while Akane-banashi doesn't have an adaption confirmed.

Kaiju 8 isn't in weekly jump, it's in shonen jump+, still shueisha though. Just wanted to point it out since the topic is about manga in weekly shonen jump 😅
I don't think we'll go through a long dark age if it happens again, cause a lot of decent series have come out lately, plus with some of the giant series gone some of the Mid series may be able to hit their stride and last longer but you never know Jump is a hard magazine to get into and stay in.

Sakamoto Days is a certified carry. As for the others, the only ones I can think that can stand the test of time are Kagurabachi, Akane-Banashi, and The Elusive Samurai. I would Undead Unluck too but you can tell that Undead Unluck is in its last few arcs so I think the ones I named are the only ones that are going to carry Shonen Jump (Sakamoto Days, Akane-Banashi, Kagurabachi, and The Elusive Samurai)
One Piece entering its final saga means we still have at least two years of content, One Piece sagas have multiple arcs within one saga (like the Arabasta saga which started at Whiskey Peak; followed through Little Garden, Drum Kingdom and finally Arabasta, or the Enies Lobby saga that happened from Long Ring Long Island until the end of Enies Lobby and the epilogue after its end). We still have Elbaf and a possible war against the world government before we enter the final arc, not to mention the possibility of a war between all Yonko given what Blackbeard's been doing this whole time. And, well, finding the One Piece. The series still has a lot of content to cover, One Piece isn't really over yet.
Sakamoto Days is so good and Kagurabachi has the potential of taking that mantle too. The issue is that there are those judging it bc of the memes and wont give it a chance.
Nah, there are many mangas out there that can stand up to that, well many could if they werent axed. Either way, there are candidates to fill the spots.
There are many Anime, Manga and Light novel that million time better than anything that came from JUMP. You guys just don't walk with open eyes. You guys just jump on every shit that get hyped....
I would throw Gokurakugai into the ring, but I'm not sure if the series will get really big since it only uptades once per month and weekly manga tend to be more popular.
Doesnt count, the video refers to manga specifically published in the print weekly shonen jump magazine, so even if Gokrakugai its published in a magazine from the Jump family (JumpSQ) since its not from the principal magazine even if its popular or not it will not fill the space left by OP, MHA or JJK.
@@mori_san8206gokutakugai its shonen (from the JumpSQ magazine), but yeah, it doesnt count because its not from the same magazine as One Piece or Jjk.

These days new mangas are difficult to find and there's more and more manhwas or webtoons. I read new ones every day and it's true that the only manga that are "new" to me are old shoujo (which are great). But among those who still have time, I follow some MANGAS when a new chapter drop like Yozakura Family, Gachiakuta, Gokurakugai, Tougen Aki, Ao no Exorcist, FairyTail 100 Years Quest but not much more. I keep rereading my favorites that have already ended too :'D
Undead unluck its really unpopular tho both anime and manga. Their sales are really low compared to other manga in the same magazine (that doesnt even have an anime yet) and the anime its not really talked about like mha, jjk or others and didnt help to bring public to the manga. Is ok if you like it, but to succed manga like jjk or one piece sadly the jump magazine need manga that are stronger and makes them money.
Even though One Piece is 'ending', I can see at least one of those 3 ending before it. One piece still has alot of ground to cover and SJ isn't making the Super long battle series like they used too.
I want to see a new art style, either a dominating one or anime becoming my diverse art styles. 90s art style was amazing and the new art style is clean, but i want more diverse animation styles.

That's so wild to think about, considering Luffy, Deku amd Yuju have been the maon faces of every Shounen Jump Magazine Cover for the last couple of years. It's hard to picture what the covers would look like with them gone. 🤔
(The only ones that come to mind are maybe Rudo from Gachiakuta and Denji from CSM...)
Chainsawman isn’t shone jump anymore
Don't worry we got "Puffy - pirates next generation"
FUUUUUUUCK NO
Its actually " guffy - Luffy nexto generations"

i think sakamoto days is supposed to be like spy x family not exactly supposed to be like those anime you mentioned and newer animes will arise when the time comes so chill

Also vinland saga is reaching it's end. I feel like 2025 is gonna be ABIT of a weird year for manga bcuz so many big series are ending this year but idk
Onepiece is gonna continue
Me and my friend were talking about this too and thought to ourselves " those shoes are too damn big to fill" lmao
It’s crazy because I literally started MHA exactly when it started (Maybe a few weeks after it was translated for the states) and now I’m seeing it end. Say what you want about MHA, but I had some great memories just watching the show and movies and getting to read the manga.
I'm caught up to the anime and damn is it overheated it is a great story definitely gonna read the manga after fma

I actually got goosebumps when you said one piece is actually OFFICIALLY ending soon....
Undead unluck and kagurabachi are some really good mangas that are still getting new installments, and while one piece is in its final saga, its got a minimum of 2 more years, there’s still so many unknowns
Finally, this trash anime 'One Piece' will end soon 😂. I can't bear the pacing of this anime. Can't wait to watch it all at once.

Or just the autors of BNHA, One Piece and JJK will write a new manga that will blow up.
@@mori_san8206yozakura is in its final arc so that's not the most helpful tbh
@@mori_san8206 Idk why people love Tougen Anki, like I read it from day one,and drop after 40 chapters. Its has lots of problems ,the flow of that manga is suck, core story has potential yet weak writing, really.Personally,I have no idea why its could survived in shounen jump when others cool work just be kicked out
@@ClayxMotion I think the story is cool same as the powers and MC but it's true that the antagonists themself aren't really memorable, and I also think that the story didn't develop the whole things around special elemental power demons (forgot their names), and also the story surrouding the MC's father and his family line.

And that’s why One Piece, Bleach, and “Boruto’s Dad” are known as the big three, because they held that mantle for shonen jump.
Edit: I love this comment section
Two part, Clorox, and Borutos dad
I’m pretty they’re called the Big Three because they were the three most popular manga series during the 2000s
@CW-po4bx multiple segment's, detergent, minato's son
Miscellaneous sections, cleaner, and Kushina’s son
Nah Naruto disowned him
I really think mha has like big opportunities for a spin off if Horikoshi wanted to, with them as adults, i would love that sm but I don't think that's happening, he most likely will want to work on new stories
Yea MHA really does have big spinoff opportunities so does One Piece with all the characters that are just sort of in the sidelines or with some of the backstory characters like Rocks
@@fredrick-jr1qi Omg don't mention One piece there's SO many side characters and side plots i think would deserve a full spin-off, like I would love to see a Shanks one myself 😵💫🥺
as long as they don’t force in romance like in naruto, i’m good.
On the bright side, Togashi is back🎉
I really hope one of the more underrated absolutely amazing manga gets their time to shine in shonen jump, as sad as I am they those three are ending I think it’s also interesting to see which mangas are gonnna get picked to get shown in shonen jump next.
The number of series that ended when they were just starting to find their place is kinda staggering. I use to try and stay up to date with everything that came out of WSJ, but it got kinda depressing with all the cancellations of legitimately good ideas. Unfortunately, I don't think underrated works will ever have a long life.
@@Antelieris1exactly. I'm still mad about pppppp.

I recommend you to read gachiakuta rly gud
When dragon ball ended in Japan, it took off in the U.S., and when it was about to end in the U.S., it took off here in South Africa. It's awesome. I'm about halfway in One piece and only seen like 20% of Jujutsu Kaisen, so I'm good.

As a casual watcher I don’t even know the last three anime you told 😂 . No disrespect, but I think they are not the one.

Sakamoto days, Kaiju no 8 and maybe even black clover when it returns
The fact One piece is ending after more than 25 years is crazy to me
Kaiju no. 8 really?
Black Clover has like 4-5 more chapters left and then it ends as well

Kaiju 8 isn't in weekly jump, it's in shonen jump+, still shueisha though. Just wanted to point it out since the topic is about manga in weekly shonen jump 😅
Its never gonna be a issue remember black clover, bleach/burn the witch are coming back and boruto, sakamoto days and a ton more ongoing
Not to mention frickin Hunter x Hunter is (theoretically) going to come back once the author (hopefully) recovers from medical issues.
The time of change shall come and I am ready. Bring on the new world of anime and Manga. Thrive anime. Thriiiiive!!!!
I don't think we'll go through a long dark age if it happens again, cause a lot of decent series have come out lately, plus with some of the giant series gone some of the Mid series may be able to hit their stride and last longer but you never know Jump is a hard magazine to get into and stay in.
Let's not forget the continuing goat series like Vinlanf
Ye Im noticing that seasonal animes are getting better in quality
There are plenty of anime that are superior. Those anime are only big because the concepts and stories are simple.
One Punch Man, Solo leveling, Chaninsaw Man and Frieren have the most potential to be next

looking at popularity alone the new big three is Chainsaw Man, Spy x Family and Monster #8
looking at what’s the fastest rising / having the most dedicated fandoms it’s Chainsaw Man, Dandadan and either Oshi no Ko or Kagurabachi
either way, Chainsaw Man is currently the undisputed champ of the new generation of Shonen Jump
Chainsaw man left Shonen Jump when the first part of the manga ended. Ever since part 2 started, it's been at Jump+
@@TshidiMPule It's in the same company, can Shueisha like force a work to go to a different magazine?
Oshi no Ko is in its Final Arc.
I believe spy family is Shonen jump+ not shonen jump so it’s not considered. If it was considered it would easily be in the new big three.
Oshi no Ko is probably ending soon aswell
remember, someone once said.
"In this world, nothing last forever."
This definitely isnt the last year for One Piece, but the 20's is definitely the final decade for it!

Fuck I should of watched one piece at the pandemic when I had all the time in the world, now im trynna catch up
Im at the 300s I should be able to catch up in a few months if I watch atleast 10 eps a day
Don't rush and take breaks as needed! It's a lot to cover, and burnout CAN happen because of that.
Believe me, a lot of One Piece fans will tell you that being caught up only makes us wish there was more to watch/read, so I'd rather you make sure to enjoy it at a sustainable pace than rush to catch up.
@@Antelieris1 thanks man I did take a break before the skypea arc and now I cant really put the series down cause I legitamately enjoy it

Oda is taking his sweet time so you don’t have to rush through. Like one piece just entered the final saga like a year ago and the first arc is still going on
If you watch just for the sake of catching up, you'll realize that you missed all the fun stuff and never got to enjoy the journey. Take your time and absorb everything, dont rush it
I doubt stories that arent straight up action shonen will be able to pick up the slack

Sakamoto Days is a certified carry. As for the others, the only ones I can think that can stand the test of time are Kagurabachi, Akane-Banashi, and The Elusive Samurai. I would Undead Unluck too but you can tell that Undead Unluck is in its last few arcs so I think the ones I named are the only ones that are going to carry Shonen Jump

Hell nah im still realing from the last big 3 i cant get ready for the next 😭
These animes gonna leave big shoes to fill...
And sadly, most other animes can't even stand on their own two feet...

Finally. I'll be able to binge one piece without worries of it never ending.
Dont forget, WIT Studio are going to 100% Re-Animate One Piece (yes, yes it is)
I haven’t been keeping up with manga in ages, but from the little bit I saw of it while watching the anime, I believe Undead Unluck has INSANE potential and from what I’ve heard from manga readers, the stuff after the anime doesn’t disappoint. (Please no manga spoilers, I’m anime only 😭😭)
These days new mangas are difficult to find and there's more and more manhwas or webtoons.
