This remarkable individual has devoted his entire life to the service of humanity. His initiatives, such as saving rivers in India and addressing the global crisis of soil degradation through his ‘Save Soil’ movement (a journey well worth exploring on UA-cam), reflect his profound commitment to creating a blissful world for everyone.
On a personal note, I have experienced transformative growth through his programs. Situations that once triggered my anger now leave me unbothered, and even my wife acknowledges the change in me. What more could one ask for than such profound inner peace and harmony? Thank you sadhguru ❤❤❤❤

Sadhguru has totally blessed my life by his teachings, so much transformation I have seen in myself over 6 years of practicing Shambhavi Mahamudra Yogic kriya which I have learned in Inner Engineering program. Have done some several other programs as well, they are amazing...makes total sense to make an attempt to elevate your life instead of being prejudiced about Sadhguru. Its easy to pass an judgment but its rewarding to listen to him and know more about his offerings..🙏

Sadhguru's presence entered my life at the most crucial moment. I was going through one of the most darkest phases of my life, when I thought my life was crumbling and saw no hope. I looked for answers to some of life's most intriguing questions, including - why am I going through this?
That's when I started to watch Sadhguru's videos, it was almost like He was answering my questions, and I started to read up more about Him and His work towards Humanity.
In 2015, I did the Inner Engineering program and a lot of my assumptions of what makes life happy were starting to clear up. With consistent practice and volunteering over the years, my perspective about life, happiness and grace have completely reframed. What a blessing this life is, that I get to experience His grace 💖🙏 #shambo

I was a super weird person before Inner Engineering. It would take a split second for me to get upset and angry from being happy. I couldn’t stand anything going against my way (even the little things). I did this program to just see what it is, with absolutely no expectations, but it has done wonders from the day I started. It’s so unbelievable! After seeing me change, my entire family did the program. I can see so much energy, joy and exuberance in my family and that’s just one of the many transformations that happened in my life. Sadhguru is beyond anybody’s understanding 🙏🏼 Truly grateful to him for treating the entire world like his children and tirelessly working towards everybody’s betterment!🙏🏼

I did Inner Engineering in 2016 and started doing the practice that I learned there. Health improvements were the first to experience. Then inner situation changed: I became much calmer and balanced than ever before. Sleeping time reduced to 5h a day which is currently enough for me to stay very energized throughout the day.

Sadhguru has helped me experience and start an inner journey that I never could have imagined about. Focussing inward, creating that space away from my mind and body, and experiencing life as simply life itself has been a privilege. This can only be achieved with meditation, and by finding that stillness within yourself. Inner engineering has given me these tools and I am grateful. And meditation as a practice has been more then a theoretical idea for me…it has enhanced my relationships with my children, husband and everyone around. I have learnt to take myself and this rat race that we are encouraged to pursue less seriously, and just smile, and just experience life and live each moment more consciously. My children are 2 and 4 years old - i am so ecstatic , that they might have an opportunity to find bliss in their lives, vs just get stuck in this capitalistic rat race. We are here to live, experience and give. Not just to gather belongings, pass on headaches and die. Namaskaram.

I took the Inner Engineering program from the Isha Foundation, it has helped me out of anxiety and helped significantly towards my overall mental and physical well-being.
Sadhguru has given his life for the Save Soil initiative, and because of him, there is more awareness about Soil desertification, which is spoken about at COP 29 and other international events.

I speak for many when i say, im extremely grateful for sadhguru and the isha foundations effort towards human wellbeing. The isha schools in india have offered free scholarships for thousands of rural children. Cauvery calling has created one of the largest tree sapling nurseries in the world. The save soil initiative has made governments look towards sustainable farming practices. Free medical services for rural indian villagers. An ashram which feeds thousands of seekers per day. Millions of people whose lives have been touched by isha yoga, who live healthy wholesome lives because of their practices. This effort begun by sadhguru has profoundly touched the lives of so many individuals across the planet. Be mindful of those who do not know about these efforts attempting to slander the incredible efforts of thousands of volunteers, all tirelessly working to revitalize the spirit of Bharat. I hope all readers will educate themselves! It takes more effort to learn then it does to talk falsehood :)

Awesome episode I was so glad to see Sadhguru as a guest! I took the inner engineering program and after doing the practice for 40 days I naturally quit smoking and drinking. I didn't even have to try. The practice actually has research done on it by Harvard showing it increases endocannabinoid production by 70%.
All these people sharing their negative opinions without any evidence or having ever tried doing any of the practices are pretty quick to judge. Thanks Sadhguru for everything you do.

I was initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra, which is part of Inner Engineering, around 10 years ago. After that, I participated in many advanced programs taught by Sadhguru and teachers trained by him. Each program has been guiding me toward living more consciously. I’m not 100% perfect, but I have a constant zeal to live more consciously without harming anyone or disturbing nature. This is a transformation in progress, and I highly recommend Inner Engineering to anyone who wants to experience what Isha can offer.

His tools of yoga have made a big impact on me. I have had introvertedness, and lot of stress, especially once I left home for college, about fear of others’ judgement, my ability to be as good as others at life, addiction to phone and not doing basic activities needed but still having the ego to not listen to anyone giving me suggestions; i can go on because the list is too big. In short I was in a very limited place as a person and just didn’t know how to get out of it because I was somewhat aware that I am in bad place within me but just didn’t know how to change and was fed up. His tools of yoga really transformed my life because simply using them daily gave me the necessary energy and balance within myself to look at all situations and act in them the way I want, to look at situations as stepping stones for growth and not as issues, and to always be able to smile regardless of the outer situation. These things seem fine on paper but to actually do them was very difficult in my experience and his tools of yoga have helped me in becoming more and more like that. The change for me from them is beyond compare to anything else in my life. Very grateful to Sadhguru! 🙏🙏

I can relate to this as well 🙏 the tools of yoga offered by sadhguru truly helped me become more balanced. I feel like i see my problems no more as problems but just situations, like puzzles waiting to be solved. Ive become much more joyful and willing to try new things. My body is healthy due to yoga. I used to have a fractured vertibre, but spending time practicing isha hatha yoga made my spine functional! I never have issues with it anymore. Extremely grateful to isha and sadhguru

The essence of what Sadhguru offers is not in his words, it's his methods, he has said this many times himself. He is not here to give a belief system, ideology, or tell what people to do. His work is to offer tools of inner transformation through programs like inner engineering, bhava spandana, shoonya, etc. These yogic and meditative practices will give one the clarity and perception and help one come to the answer themselves. I've been a hardcore skeptic all my life (even now), but having practiced his methods for over 10 years I can vouch they work and definitely bring a sense of balance, joy, and inclusiveness in ones living. Anyone who experiments with them will know.

@@kushsareen6752 Why he hasnt made all these techniques free then? Can these techniques cure real traumas, ptsd, phobias permanently?
The answer is no isnt it, it can just make things better 10 20 percent better at most.

    • @npnike
      @npnike 2 місяці тому

@@equaco There are quite a few free practices offered such as Isha Kriya on UA-cam and Sadhguru app. For me, Isha Kriya was my first step into yoga and the way it brought ease to me during lot of college stress was deeper and more effective than any other stress alleviation technique I had tried before that, which is how I ended up taking inner engineering.
Regarding why every practice isn’t free, the programs have evolved to be how they are over years, it’s not a decision from day one to offer them for a cost. Sadhguru started offering programs about 40 years ago and he offered them for free and over time he saw that many people didn’t have the commitment to sit for a full program and many would get up and leave mid-way even though if they had put some effort and maintained discipline to be with the program, it would have transformed their life. It’s just like anything else such as university where some level of commitment has to be there and then we see how the tools can really make us grow. So one aspect of fees is this. Other aspect is over time, he has made many efforts to help underprivileged people in rural India for basic education, healthcare etc., efforts to solve environment concerns such as revitalizing soil health across the world and reviving rivers. And these efforts have planted millions of trees, transformed many farmers lives by giving them techniques that are economically viable and ecologically sustainable as well and there’s been efforts to get governments to introduce policies that preserve soil health and promote sustainable practices in agriculture (in India, EU, Americas and many other places). So all these efforts require money and this is another aspect for fees for programs. Like this there are many other aspects, it’s easy to simply look and ask why money for spiritual programs but if you genuinely spend time to understand everything, it’ll make more sense.
Regarding improvement from these tools, the percentages you give are simply based on your judgement, isn’t it? In my experience and millions of others, the change is just beyond compare. How I was before in terms of stress, my negative thinking and so on and how I am now is just day and night difference. And it’s not just people saying this, Harvard Medical school based research has shown scientifically how these practices impact psychology and physiology among other things. And some of the percentages there are much greater than 30% :). Please take time to see what this is about, it could end up being transformative for you as well :).

Through the tools offered in his flagship program, Inner Engineering, I have witnessed the transformation of so many people. at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. During the program, my cravings changed to healthy foods. I found myself feeling lighter and happier. After about 6 weeks, my sleep quota went down from 8.5 hours to 5 hours and its quality also changed to a deep and restful sleep. My energy levels were now sustained throughout the whole day without the typical afternoon slumps.
It was the beginning of a life transformation that I couldn’t have imagined.

    -Became more calmer, More stable
    -Responding consciously instead of reacting.
-My clarity of thought has improved tremendously.
-My survival instincts have come down, meaning to prove I am better in something or better than someone.
-Minimal to no Influence of external situations or people on me.
-Understanding the source of experience, whether to be Happy, sad, , fearful, strength, anger or any positive or negative emotion happens within not from outside.
When something within disturbs us it’s to time look inward not to point at someone or something.
-More inclusive above all after Inner engineering i am naturally happy, without any reason, just blissed out., dancing and exuberant! All thanks to Sadhguru and his tools for Human wellbeing!!!

Theo , I love your comedy. You are a true unicorn. This is nothing to do with the video but I just watched an old music video by stiltskin , called inside I think. And you and him must be brothers you have a lot of the same features 🤣🤣 sorry brah if it offends.

Engaging clip! Sadhguru is a blessing to our current times and personally to me and I am sure millions of others. The spiritual tools he has created have been an incessant and vital support in all aspects of my life, immensely thankful to his numerous, crucial social undertakings, especially the one that gives hope for a realistic solution to the looming crisis of climate change and its potentially drastic effects on all life. Thanks to Theo for another great show! ❤❤

An interesting allegation!Hundreds of witnesses were there when his wife passed, a doctor was there and certified that she most probably died from a heart failure. Her body was cremated the next day with a huge crowd (they say over 2,000). I understand an allegation is there, but does an allegation make someone automatically guilty? I prefer to look at evidence over speculation.

    • @Thejustincredible500

Thats a bold claim man. Nothing more than a rumor, theres no actual evidence that supports that claim. Doctors on scene claim "heart failure" and eyewitness accounts clearly say otherwise. This is usualy how misinformation spreads and reputations become tarnished despite no wrongdoing.
