Mami and Ganesh bro I'm watching your videos I think for the past one year. As my mother was keen in bringing her three daughters educated and working women, we were not able to spend more time with her in kitchen. Only basic cooking we knew. After marriage we developed our cooking skills.now all of us are above 50. Still for batchanam and special recepies we visit her or contact over phone from office. Luckily we all settled in Chennai. Please ask Amma why it is important to add tamarind for brinjal pa. Also will she make the thiruvathirai kalli? How does one stop yam and shepankezhangu from itching? Please do let me know. There would be some reason behind why certain things are cooked and not cooked on some days. It will be scientific too. Amma will know. Please do a video on this alone. It is important so that we can go back to it. Why no salt on saturday?
