Nice video, I have the Onkyo TX-TZ50 for a year now and it just seems to be like a mediocre av receiver. I have noticed that it is very sensitive to voltage changes and I have to keep resetting it up because it loses its settings when ever it encounters a power surge or a voltage spike ? But with trying to get Dirac setup it works pretty well but it is a little bit of a hassle to get it setup time and time again, I use a laptop and a umic 1 for the setup and the software for Dirac is just a little bit too slow to get everything working right. As far as the sound quality it’s not as good as it should be for the price point and what I paid for it, my old Yamaha RX-V3800 sounded a lot better in a 7.2 configuration and as for my speakers 🔊 that I’m running I’m running Klipsch reference series R-800F/ R-52C/ R-51M/ R-14M/ R-41SA/ R-120SW x2 so I should not have any problem with a decent sounding system in theory but I’m open to suggestions on what to do differently other than just getting rid of the RZ-50 let me know please and thank you.
We appreciate your comments. It's true that the models in the video are a bit older, but they are still great options for 2025. Each year we rank based on performance and feedback. Please feel free to recommend any newer models that can be considered for the next comparison.

All of these models have been on the market for up to 3 years, none of them are 2025 models, so the title of your video is a lie.
