    Day 40 completed, and whoa!! I'm feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically unburdened from old patterns. I'm happier, less irritated, and more at peace from within. These 40 mins were the most relaxed, cherished, and perfect ending to my day. The best part is that these 40 mins don't even feel like a whole 40 minutes. Beautiful... Onto my next 40-day practice. My gratitude to YOU now and forever!
    Also, on the last day of my practice, something surprising happened. There's a relative I held so much anger towards, and I never thought I could forgive them. Today, during my practice, thoughts of them filled me with rage. But with the exhalation, I said, 'I forgive you, (name),' 3 times. In that moment, I felt I regained my power - an unexpected Aha! moment. I forgave someone I never thought I could. Never expected that.

    Wow day 31 done! Today i felt i needed to cleanse my aura before as ive been all day around different people - i followed another yogavision video for that and it all felt so good. Nowadays my face smiles compulsively (im normally an upbeat and good vibes person, but now it all feels lighter, im grateful more often and i feel a lot of love in my heart) my general thoughts are much more about what i like and what i want then what i dont like or dont want or fear! So extending my gratitude to you even further ❤

    I loved this kriya powerful but gentle . The last meditation was amazing I actually pushed through and completed while shaking remembering the qualities I am. I heard a quiet voice of sorts saying I am Truth …..Your voice was very soothing gratitude Sat Nam

    I’ve started another 40-day practice, with this video.
    I completed my 40-day commitment to myself to remove negativity.
    This practice is challenging me in physical ways and I feel that my body is increasingly me to do what’s right. My mind is able to take in what’s being revealed with a more gentle flow, though I still recognize my shame of wanting to cry or appear weak. I’m confronting these insecurities with more awareness and seeing where these tendencies stem from.
    My hips and naval center are experiencing a lot of sensations right now.

    Wow! This is very powerful. All of a sudden through the end of the final part of the kriya and the meditation, I found that I could not stop crying! I’m not a “crier”, I’m usually pretty happy and “smiley” and upbeat. Something deep was definitely starting to be released here that I wasn’t even conscious of. I will definitely be continuing with this one. Thank you for sharing these beautiful practices. ❤️

    Day 40 ✅️
    So much happened, it's hard to believe it's been 40 days. I feel more gratitude, more love and more peace. I'm grateful to you too Salimah, for your engagement to show us the way. This is a practice I will try to do in the days that comes, in stillness, calmness.
    In the last 7-10 days I cried more than ever in my life. I realised that the person I had to forgive is, myself. Hard realisation. I felt so much emotions i dont know how to address them yet, but I will surely manage and find a way. All this time I was maybe grieving the person I never was, never meant to be. But I know now that I can do better and be better.
    And so so much more.
    To everyone reading this while deciding to do this 40 day challenge, do it. Time will pass either way, you will breathe either way.

    And that was my day 40! Wow what an experience! The last week especially, where in the closed eye parts of the kriya, i felt weightless, like my body was made of light and part of the light around me! I dont know if im making sense but it is such a magical feeling 🫶🏻 i feel a big shift in my energy on a day to day basis, everything feels easy and light! Thank you so very much!       It was Instagram reel that cought my attention and then I went here and searched for the channel. I am a yoga teacher and I love how in-depth and informative the content is. It is perfect for deepening the knowledge, especialy on topics like mudras and mantras, whereas quality content is hard to find online. Your meditations are great too 😊@@YogaVisionOnline

    Day 27 under the light of this beautiful Full Moon! Today this beautiful kriya has felt so so different. Hightened sense of smell! The energy was incredibly strong like a very powerful natural high and a surge of good feelings which felt like hope, love and like knowing its all good. Wow just wow! Thank you! 🙏🏻💙

    Day 4 complete. I noticed i am getting flashes of past events i had buried to "move on", that had put me off relationships. It's different this time though, i just remember but with a sense of peace and forgiveness ❤ i look forward to this practice everyday and it feels different each time 🙏🏻 thank you!       @@YogaVisionOnlineyes i am definitely sticking to the 40 days even if i might swith to the yogavision pms kriya for my moon cycle coming up. I find that that is exactly what my body needs during that time of the month and helps so much with my flow being in my mid 40's. So grateful for that too. I've been doing that practice for 3 days a month for months now. So soothing and blissful! 🙏🏻

    Day 10 complete and so in love with this space. Immensely grateful to my beautiful body for doing this kriya with me. This is one of the most beautiful i've done so far and i personally find it so easy to stay with it! The feeling after each session ... wow.. every pose gives a different blissful feeling!! I cannot recommend it enough. Sending so much love and gratitude ❤

    This was my 1st time. My body did what it could! And I stayed to the end. So do this same one for 40days? I’ll have to explore to find out. Thank you

      Look at you! You did it and felt different after. Energy has moved. Yes same video 40 days in a row is the most direct way to use this medicine. If you’re new - this is good to know. Use your intuition - if you want to stay on this practice for 40 days go for it if you want to go and explore go for it. Go where you are guided. Keep me posted. And thank you for being here.

    Hi Salimah, during the breath work, when we close the right side of the nose, I realized that I can't breathe enough on the left side. I couldn't breathe enough till the end, then I hoped to do the same with the left side so that I could see if I can breathe enough on the right side. But we didn't do that. So do you think even though I can't breathe enough, this breathe work, will work for me? Thank you.

      Hi there thanks for the question. Do you have a block in the left side? A deviated septum? If so then yes this will be a hard breathing practice to do physically. You can still get benefits by imagining the breath flowing feeling on the left and not blocking it

      @Noor-eg6zd yes it happens sometimes when the medicine hits hard. Your choice to continue to let it go. When this happens to me I try it a few more times and if I get the same feeling then I stop. Sometimes the sickness is a clue

    There is something confusing. Why is the word Kryas used for both exercise sequences and involontary movements some experience during meditation?

      I have never heard or used the kriya to describe involuntary movements. A kriya in kundalini yoga is a series of movements.

    I have been feeling a lot of pressure on my chest since a few days ago coursed of a really bad situation and this practice helped me so good. I was feeling during the class how my brain realizes the quimicales substances. No more chest pain, my body is less heavy.
