I'm sick of hearing Russia is fighting NATO if they were the war would be over in a month. What would just 3 NATO divisions and 300 F35's do?
Where does he get his info. Russia has repeatedly and openly stated that the war is about rebuilding their empire. They even said it has nothing to do with Ukraine. They have no plans on stopping there.

😂😂😂😂They sell weapons, if the weapons doesn't perform well, they don't sell, American tanks went to Ukraine and they underperformed so sales dropped, Russia will do the same for the jets.
1- It takes 18 months to train American pilots who speak English.
2- Not only do you have to train Ukrainian pilots, you have to train Ukranian mechanics.
3- You have to resurface Ukrainian airfields to accommodate the F16.
4- You need state of the art air defense for the bases that will house the F16's as they WILL be Russia's number one target for missle and drone strikes.
Once you have done all that then you will need a steady supply of replacement parts. That's what has to be done before a single F16 goes to Ukraine.

Combined arms means artillery shells, helicopters, planes, missiles, hypersonic missiles, thermobaric weapons, electronic warfare and GPS jamming, drones, ships, satellite knockout capability, and they have the nuclear sword at their disposal to ward of western intervention. Plus they have at their disposal hardy, patriotic soldiers who fight for their country. You have none of that. Get it ? You might have fought in the Falklands 40 years ago, but fighting Russia, don't even imagine you are remotely capable.
I remember when Ronald Reagan spoke of introducing the 'Star Wars' defence programme. Maybe it was a bluff but it was one of the major factors contributing to the demise of the Soviet Union. The Soviets realised they were too weak to compete with America in another round of the arms race. I am sure if America now said we are going to step up our aid massively to Ukraine in a real show show of force and determination, Russia would be forced to backdown and pull out of Ukraine and this horrific, criminal war of aggression would be over in very short order. The only thing Russia will ever understand is strength and a fist to the face.
Russia today is no Soviet Union either. They have an annual defense budget of $30 billion. The US defense budget is $800 billion. The US could defeat Russia tomorrow with enough weapons and money pledged. Russia is a glorified gas station.

Ukraine need air defense, artillery, anti-tank weapons and IFVs and mine clearing equipment. They dont have the manpower and an airforce while great is clearly proving difficult to supply and train.
They can overwhelm the Russians with superior firepower if we back them accordingly. We still just cannot commit to guaranteed commitments for whatver reason.
There are two completely different takes on this war, i guess we will see.
Putin loves Gas and Oil and Ukraine is sitting on massive reserves ( recently discovered ) and one of the main areas is under Bakhmut hence his determination to hold that area hoping a new border agreement would leave him with the mineral rites , likewise Snake Island was a target for the same reason. So many lives lost and maimed for Putin's greed.
Why did Russia invade Ukraine? To paraphrase a Russian commenter: throw away common sense when dealing with the Kremlin. Folks in the west have been trying to understand why Putin does what he does, and I think the best explanation is simple: because he wants to. I’ve heard every excuse from anti-US edgelords for this invasion, from the expansion of NATO (which had actually been underfunded & withering before this war), to Nazis running Ukraine (which is run by a Jewish president).

Russians lines collapse. So can you articulate a reasonable scenario where that's possible, how it would take place, and why? Just use your imagination to invent something realistic, I bet you can't. Ukraine does not possess the ability to scare the entire Russian army into just 'running away' and 'collapsing' or 'surrendering'. Putin literally has checkpoints set up behind the multi-layered front-lines which prevent retreats and contain QRFs for any attempted breakthroughs to be immediately sealed with bodies. Ukraine does not wish to commit to the necessary losses required for a hard breakthrough, so there won't be one. End of story.

On the ground, they have opened a front in Kharkhov, pulled Ukrainains away from the eastern front, then advanced in Torrestk, Chasov Yar, Urozhaine has fallen.
As for 'incomprehensible' losses, this is routinely stated without evidence. It goes against reasoning. They themselves admit Russia fires 5-10 shells to every Ukrainian one. Plus they are hitting with FABS and Kinzhals and drones. So the Ukrainian army is being massacred - to demilitarise Ukraine is one of Russian aims.
Times Radio lies from sheer frustration. In 2022, they stated, the Russians have low morale, low capability etc. But then how did they take Mariopol, Bakhmut, Severdonetsk ?
