Can u run ur purifier at the same time as ac?
I have not seen a review of these air purifiers that actually provide information how much formaldehyde gas does it remove and the quality of air while running.
It does remove little bit of formaldehyde, if it is high you need get more fresh air or remove the source
Thinking about this unit or the LG PuriCare360 air purifier. How expensive are the filters for the Dyson I cannot see them available on their website.
LG is a reputable brand with amazing products, I'm sure you wouldn't make a bad decision by choosing them. I went with this Dyson because of all the more in depth videos on UA-cam and the way it purifies the room. The carbon filer costs $90 which you replace every 2 years and the HEPA costs $170 which you replace every 5 years.

How are you liking this purifier so far??
So far they have been amazing! Just took a vacation to London and I was able to monitor it the whole time I was over there. When I can back home from being away one week in the city the house air smelled noticeably fresher and easier to breath in as silly as that may sound haha

Thats seems high amount of formaldehyde, when had you opened windows last time , i think you need more fresh air or try to remove formaldehyde sources, to protect from long term alzheimers. Btw have you found out with the device any sources of formaldehyde, i stopped using parfume.
Unfortunately I was unable to pin point the exact location from that reading but could have possibly been cleaning products used that were still lasting around.
You have beautiful home but if I were you I would have got rid of the wall-to-wall carpet as it produces and collects a lot of dust that will be accumulated in the air purifier . I have no carpets at all.However the air purifier is sexy
We have carpet upstairs and hard floors downstairs the pet fur gets trapped on the downstairs air purifiers because unless you’re vacuuming multiple times a day every time someone walks around it all gets kicked back up in the air. Carpet actually traps everything into it until you vacuum, although I will say carpet is much less sanitary.
