I love the air fryer content and I have that same model. I´d rather recipes where max amounts of food is used to maximize the basket´s size. Therefore we cut in energy expenditure and end up cooking 2/3 helpings. Excelent video as always. Thanks Joe

When this happens the believer receives the righteousness of Christ in place of their own unrighteousness (all sins are forgiven) and this makes them saved (going heaven) and they are born again as a Christian. (Romans 3:25-26).

I'm eating this Pizza 5 times a Week, I make it with 100 gr flour , 100 gr skyr and i only use eatlean Cheese and lower fat peperoni and low fat ham. it's my favorite meal. Great Recipes!

Dropping your cut, uncooked chips into a bowl of water for an hour will soften them slightly, pull the starch out, and therefore make them crispier and more delicious. Top recipe, thanks for all the content Joe 👍

Bro. Making your own pizza sauce makes it 100x better. And it is super simple.
500g tin tomato
1 Clove grated garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sugar
Bring to boil, then Zimmer for 15-20 min.
The sauce can be used for so many easy meals!
Do I have to drop the "quick and easy" out of the title if I do that? 😄

When I can be bothered, I make my own sauce too - it is good. But actually adding a sprinkle of oregano to the passata is super quick and tastes almost as good as making a pizza sauce.
@@steffenpetersen2103 you can freeze it also, then just nuke it for a min to thaw or thaw in a saucepan. I used to freeze in ice trays and empty the sauce cubes into a freezer bag so that you can thaw the exact amount you need whenever.

That Chili Oil is 100% the best one. Tried loads, that one just has the perfect ratio of flavour, chili, kick - mix it with Mayo and it goes perfect with chips.
Glad to see this comment! The other one I see (I think it's Lao Gan Ma) just ain't anywhere near as hot and the chillis don't have that flavour!
I was really craving burgers and pizza, and this apartment im renting in Spain has gas-only appliances, so im stuck with an air fryer. Meals get boring pretty fast when you eat turkey/chicken, eggs, yogurt, oats, salmon, bread, and sweet potato mostly all the time.

tip for the pizza crust is air fry it for a couple minutes before building it to build up the crust better, and you also might find it easier to assemble it outside of the air fryer in some parchment paper, preheat the fryer, and then lower the pizza in and cooking it in the paper

Quick tip for the pizza, put some seasoning in the flour, mix it and then put the yogurt in. It makes it taste better!!!
I like this idea! Also, if none of the topping needs to cook (i.e. you're just warming/melting), then you could also pre cook the base in the air fryer before putting the toppings on, should help if the pizza doesn't get a crispy enough base.
@@geagle7154 Can this mix of flour and skyr get crispy? I'm a complete food noob, this was literally my first attempt with my new air fryer and it was a disaster. After 10 minutes at 200, the dough was still very dough-y, I put too much cheese and it melted all over the sides, and my pieces of chorizo were near-burnt on the edges of my fryer.
I then took out most of the cheese and chorizo on a plate, continued to cook the base for another 3-4 minutes which made it slightly better and then re-assembled it. Wonder what I did wrong, but definitely will cook the base first by itself next time.

Thoughts on multiple 36h fasts as a tool to, in a short time frame course correct after overindulging on holidays? Obviously you would eat on days you lift.

Sounds horrendous mate - just don't get into the position where that's necessary to begin with. Assuming from your question that you already are, so my advice would be to lose the idea of fixing it in a 'short time frame' - fix it properly (you can still lose fat pretty quick if you want, just not by starvation), and learn your lesson for next time.
Need more of these food hacks, done the pizza, salmon and burgers on repeat for a week now.
to bread the chicken with your hands and have minimal mess use one hand for wet (egg) and the other hand for dry.
If the chicken is wet (after the egg), your hand gets wet...
ok, how about holding the chicken in one hand and using your other hand to throw the dry stuff at the chicken - saves you from cleaning the tongs!

For the last recipe, how did it come out to 61 protein? Just wondering since for 200g of thigh it’s only 33g of protein and 442cals not counting anything else

How are you measuring macros when doing the egg, flour, cornflakes on the chicken breast?
Just measure the flower, egg, cornflakes beforehand and track those. If you end up only "using" 80% of it, fuck it. You don't need to get it right down to the single last calorie
I'm not counting any flour or egg (because it's insignificant), but I will weigh the cornflakes.
Hi Joe, what would be your advice for working out as a teenager (with school and adolescence etc.)?
not Joey but just focus on eating well and learning the proper form for all your compound lifts, etc. once you get to university you can go ham and workout at your gym or join a weight lifting club, but take it easy as a teen and focus mostly on diet and proper form.

My air fryer completely obliterated the chorizo, was burnt to a black crisp laying in the corner of the basket 🤣. But it's ok, I added some new chorizo on afterwards and this recipe was amazing.
