For my dad who was a longtime biz owner he believed the greatest compliment or sign of a good leader is being a good teacher and having your student surpass you. But wisdom is earned not taught.

I like this because it's real businessman talk. Rather than speaking from this ambigious place And none of that fluff words nonsense like I can actually envision what he's talking about as if he's doing.

Thank you! I am going to watch this at least 3X mainly because his accent is way too confusing, and I am not getting a lot of things THAT clear with his sentences. But so far, from what I have heard in the first time I have watched him, he has a lot of wonderful things to say. And I am still learning despite my difficulties in really understanding more completely what he is saying. He is worth a term or 2 in MBA school...

My best take away so far was to give clear orders and ask your employees or colleagues to repeat your request to make sure they understood it...I recently had a situation concerning this topic and I didn't even realise how simple it is to solve or better said avoid misunderstandings.
I really like your way of thinking! Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏

My dad says this. (Growing up I thought Jews weren't supposed to mow the lawn because none of the Jewish houses on our street did it themselves). (I didn't realise this wasn't my the case until high school) my dad told me, if I break down what I make, I'm make more per hour than the lawn service charges, why would I leave work to mow the lawn? (My grandfather did one better when he was getting close to retirement) he just filled the lawn in with garden rocks 😂

What I have found is that it’s impossible to delegate the impossible tasks. For some industries it’s very achievable to delegate, others impossible.

Great, interview...but don't get a partner, no matter what. Let the statistics be your guide, 90% of partnerships end in bitter divorce. There is nothing you can't outsource for a price.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) is a digital marketing model where advertisers pay a fee each time their ads are clicked, essentially buying visits to their site, rather than attempting to earn those visits organically. PPC advertising originated in the mid-1990s, with the first documented version of a PPC model coming from a company called Planet Oasis in 1996; however, the concept was popularized and more widely adopted after Google introduced its AdWords system (now known as Google Ads) in 2000.
