In order to advance advance further in your qigong practice, it is important to make sure the qi penetrates deeper into your body instead of just staying on the surface of your skin. The key to doing this is to open the 4 major gateways of our body: the 2 Lao Gong on your palms and the 2 Yong Quan on the bottom of your feet.
I like the way he suggests visualisation as an aid to this practice; especially helpful when he talks about shallow breathing towards the end of the video (“… the qi will only have reached a little way into your body before you have to breathe out …”).
wow amazing facts should teach this in schools and retirement homes thx sifu

Me gustaría que la traducción fuera en español para nosotros los latinos gracias Maestro.
It`s feel fantastic in my hand, but, I have a problem...In this standard position, my feet and toes numb and it is difficult to feel the energy flow at that level. It is normal? Does numbness pass as you exercise and become more comfortable with that position? Or is it something I'm not doing right? Please help me to understand how can I open the meridians of my legs. Thank you. Lots of respect and love.
Can you tell me what are those 4 holes? two in the palms, and the other are in the foot? thank you.
Bingo... personally, I like to breathe in from my lower back, kidney breathing, dantian breathing but different goals (healing lower back, introducing more space), different strokes for different folks...
He explains that in the first part of this video
Can we do this practise in winter outside also?
Ojala y hubiera traducción en español , sería fabuloso
Can I practice this everyday
of course
Are the holes on each hand and feet?
Jeremiah Hill Yes thanks for answering my question
