- Today I thought I'd give you some insight into my background and how I ended up here. My fitness journey from getting ripped for a bodybuilding physique competition to becoming an ultra runner is probably not the "normal" path, but everyones path is different. I have always loved staying active and especially the outdoors. Ultrarunning allows me to do both!

That's awesome man! I have run 2 ultras so far and running is my Main thing but i still go to the gym to get strong and other stuff as well. Do you do any strength training still and if so how does that look?
Thanks Junglisttt! I don’t do as much gym work as I should. Usually one day a week bodyweight work. Planning to buy some more stuff to build out my home gym 👍💪🏽
