Man that is very very nice. I know that makes it so much easier to load your kayak on top of the truck. Looks very easy to set up too. It Sucks that it had to rain but with it being hot as it been outside it's good that it's watering the grass and the plants for free. I will check out part 2 of this video & i hope you are having a good weekend buddy.
Weekend is going good. Catching fish and enjoying my bday weekend. Taking off tomorrow to do some saltwater fishing. Yes much easier than using a trailer all the time. Thanks for the support
@@rjmfishtales oh man happy birthday to you. Doing some birthday fishing? That's awesome you taking off tomorrow to do some saltwater fishing for your birthday. Me & my son will have a bday beer 🍻 drink for your bday man before I take some medication. Be safe out there on the water tomorrow buddy.
I was looking for the video of you putting your kayak on the Berley Willi loader loader which you said you were going to put on you tube. Did I miss it somewhere or did you not put out that video? Thank you
Looks great. What is the price on that bad boy? I'll be looking out gor part two of this video to see how it works. Thanks for sharing and until the next one ✌🏼🙂
Video is out. Released at the same time buddy! Well if you buy directly from Barley Pro, the American dollar is more than the Australian so $825. Buy it here in America looking around $1100-$1200. Still a hell of a lot cheaper than a trailer that ranges from $2500-$7000. Its well well worth the money. Its so easy!!!.
After using this, can it be removed from the hitch and stored in the cab of the truck? Even with a locking pin, someone would most likely try to steal it where i park.
I noticed your cart is fear Blanchard uses on his native. I hate my hobie lynx scup cart. What did you do with yours? Can I use the wheels you have in a hobie lynx? Thank you. Also are you still using your Berkely pro will I loader?
Blanchard had the sidekick wheels which is basically made for Native kayaks. I have the Boonedox landing gear on my Hobie PA and Nucanoe. Check Boonedox website to see if they make a kit for Hobie Lynx. If not I will ask Jeff Little since he works there now if they do. No I do not use the Will-I-Loader anymore. I use trailers and bed of truck sometimes. I use my rack on new truck for Yakima Topwater boxes and second kayak when needed, but when I have two kayaks I have someone to help me get on top.
@@rjmfishtales any reason you stopped using the loader? I’m disabled and up near Lake Murray SC and need something for my 4 runner, because I can’t get my lynx up there anymore. Im female and it’s not traditionally a heavy kayak and is why I purchased it. My neck is in bad shape, so I am exploring options. Loading it is keeping me from being able to go on the water to exercise and enjoy my life.
@TheDarkHorse949 funny I just got home from Lake Murray about an hour ago. Practicing for KBF event there first weekend of March. I stopped using because I wanted to go back to trailer for more lockable storage and advertising purposes. The Will-I-Loader works well. The Lynx you would have to get the smallest/lightweight piston they make. If you order directly from them, it ships from Australia. Takes about 3-4 weeks as it has to go through customs. But with the transition from Australia dollar to American it cost me around $800.
@@rjmfishtales wow, that’s crazy. Good practice? They headed to the shallows or still deep? Tip: had great luck at buffalo creek marina , those upper creeks, old SCEG number one and two on Lexington side. Thank you for the advice and information. Let’s go hometown in the KBF. 🫡 🇺🇸
I am not sure if it is. You would have to find a Berley Pro dealer. But it’s worth buying directly from them and have it shipped from Australia. The American dollar is stronger than the Australian dollar so you will save anywhere from 300-500 dollars after the purchase and your credit card company will do the equation. I only paid 800 dollars for this instead of 1200. I received it in 10 days from Australia. Worth the wait and savings.
@paules0099 no sir. I just ordered it based on the weight of the Hobie. I think they have either 2 or 3 different pistons to choose from for weight lift assistance based on your kayak weight.
@paules0099 you will have to do the kg to lb equation to see which one suits you best. It a pretty cool and simple design. Only thing you will ever have to do is replace the piston down the line when it wears out which you can find here with research based on length and strength of piston. So I would expect maybe 3-5 years out of piston depending on usage of it or if a seal leaks.

Yes it’s very small folded up
Seems you have to remove everytime to get in the tailgate?
@nickmazza7017 can’t have it all.
