Wow, thanks for taking the time to make a montage! I really enjoyed that. I have to ask, even though I feel like I should know, what is the story with your MD being silver? Also, if AliExpress has an affiliate program, I hope you are in it!
Hi SoftOtaku, yeah that took about 3 hours to film all of those games in one sitting. It was fun though apart from the odd crappy game here and there. Well, my Mega Drive is silver because I painted it. Back I around 2000 it was the time of the Dreamcast mod. People were going nuts making paint and case mods for it. I decided to make a few paint mods of different Sega consoles. I made a black and silver Saturn and Dreamcast which look sweet and this silver Mega Drive. The decals on it are actually official Sega decals. Back then there was the Dreamcast store online. Sega were selling all manner of odd stuff. System decals were just one of the more normal items. STUNNING ! ASTONISHING ! Big HUG !
Same here. I have no use for this cartridge since I have an everdrive but the shear number of games really caught my interest. Such a great cart. If you are using this on your nomad you may find that Rocket Knight and Sparkster won't work. They have Konami's PAL region lock. You'll need a region switch to make them boot or at least that was the case when using a Japanes Mega Drive.
Is the thickness of the PCB on this cart a problem? I'm reading the poorly translated description of the cart and it seems to suggest it's not good for older original systems.
Hmm, it's hard to say as I've now seen a few manufacturers of this cart. My particular one fits in my original Mega Drive just fine. Not to tight, not too lose.
Running slow I can live with but do they all boot on a 50Hz Mega Drive? No good buying one of these if half the games are blocked from European Mega Drive systems.
Retro Core Thanks for replying,I really want this for my Atgames console. But some one on the internet said these Atgames consoles can’t play nothing but actual Genesis games.I wish there was a customer support number for Atgames. Thanks Gio🍺
Retro Core Ok,here’s a update.There is a number in California.Its a answering machine.So I left a message,maybe they’ll call me.I REALLY want that cartridge.A lot of cool games. Thanks 🍺
I have a few of these. love multi carts. Are you from Merseyside, i am from near town. have literally 1000s of retro games and 28 systems. near 59 but love my gaming. thnx for these vids.
As Bit-ish Bulldog said, I'm originally from Liverpool but moved to Japan 20 years ago. 59 and still gaming, that's fantastic. My wife asks when I'll stop gaming to which I reply, "when I'm dead" :)
I have this muti cart and I must say its awesome one of the best I have several multi carts for NES super nes and sega but have my go to for all three systems and this is one can't wait to get the mega sg, super nt, and avs nes for the ultimate experience in retro gaming and to preserve my nes ,sega genesis and super Nintendo I want to keep them original as possible only thing I did was a led mod on the snes and sega my nes already had a blue led mod and blinking win mod other then that all original
Thanks man. Do you have the 820 in 1 sega genesis game cartridge. If you do I would love to see you do a review of that to see if these so called games in there truly work.
Ah, those things are actually Chinese Ever Drive knock offs. They are a flash cartridge with a micro SD pre-installed full of games. They should work fine.
I see. Say I recently saw your review on the mega everdrive x5 and I am looking to get the x7. Does the x7 have more megadrive games than x5 or do both have the same number of games?
@@RetroCore another question sir, did all of the games ran well on your device, i have a japanese ntsc megadrive and will order this one. It's available in our country. Some of the game i have in the everdrive, but not everything is working, so ill buy this one. Specially gunstar and rocket Knight. This is good. Some of the seller don't gave list of games. This video is so helpful, many thanks.
Mark, I got this cart and it’s pretty good. But what version of street fighter 2 is this? The voice samples are better than the American version and the intro is gone. Even the title is abbreviated to SF2. It’s strange. Have you noticed?
i have a 112 in 1 too but it use a higher quality of component and cartridge. it has a nice sonic glossy label ,and a solid screwed cartridge,it was cheap too (12$) it use a different blue menu too but the game list seems to be close
Ah, that's the updated version of the cartridge I showed. Your one is better because it has less typos, all copy protection removed and changes Streets of Rage 3 with Bare Knuckle 3.
I love these sort of things, i mean i have everdrives for multiple systems but still want to buy these have a few nes, gameboy, game gear and an old megadrive 5 in 1.think ill purchase this one cheap enough at $12 thanks for the play through Mark.
I ordered one straight away Mark cost me £9.75 free post. some megadrive carts are still pricey and rather difficult to obtain i have a neat collection of carts for it i stand at around 200 boxed games, as ive said i have an everdrive for it but multi carts are still an excellent choice.
I received my cart Mark, only took couple of weeks. Well around 12 days to be precise. I need to dig one of my megadrives out to test ive posted on your facebook page.
I have an intelligent question that nobody else has seemed to ask and that is: Does this 112 chinese repro cart work with a PAL SEGA Mega Drive console? Certain games had region locking in them so i'm curious to know what ROMS in this collection will work on a PAL system? The games in the video look like they're 30fps 60Hz so that might mean the cart is designed only for NTSC systems in America. Could you verify for me? Incase I end up getting one of these one day and find that all the games are blocked from running in a PAL 50Hz SEGA Mega Drive.
@@RetroCore The sites on ebay that have this cart listed say that it's compatible with both NTSC and PAL but lucky I did some investigating and decided to ask you and a few others because that's not entirely true. It seems they have put into the cart Japanese and American ROMS only totally ignoring the PAL library, i'm not happy about that or the fact that these Chinese sellers are not accurate about the specifications needed, they only say that it's not compatible with ATGAMES systems (which is true) but they should just say that you have to have a Genesis or Japanese Mega Drive in order to play the cart instead of lying to the public, another thing is that the sticker on the cart is misleading being blue like the PAL format. Anyway thank you for the quick response, might have to ignore this cart now, I don't want every second game to display the message ''Compatible with NTSC Genesis and NTSC Mega Drives only''.
Chinese sellers are NEVER honest about the product description. Actually, some games don't work on a Japanese system since they are locked to the Genesis. Luckily I have region switching Mega Drive.
Scratched off or covered up chips are either clone chips or chips that can be traced back to the point sale. So they make it so you cant track them back to who made the game carts.
@@RetroCore is the region coding still game specific? Say if the Japanese copy of sonic 3 was on an original MD cart and didn't work, then the same game wouldn't work on the multicart?
Thanks Dude.I just ordered it. No Jurassic Park, but I have that on another $5 one game China cart. Now that there is a Sega Classic with HDMI. Sega can go on the flat-screen.
I wonder if there are some developers who develop cartridges using microcontroller, such as rp2040. Using this chip to increase the data memory capacity, save data and reduce the production cost. I hope the chip with 16mb serial flash memory could help the developers create and produce games easier and cheaper
Thanks well I guess I will wait until the next one comes in I waited forever and it's not working it's like start is reset on the same one you reviewed I'll try on a different console your awesome love your Chanel
I bought the 112 cart but I put in my Genesis model 1 US version and the menu comes up but when I press start it just flashed once and goes back to menu start not working can you help me figure it out
Here are some of the Genesis games shown here listed on Evercade: 1. Midnight Resistance 2. Two Crude Dudes 3. Water Margin: The Tales of Clouds and Winds 4. Splatterhouse 2 5. Splatterhouse 3 6. Arcus Odyssey 7. Gaiares 8. Phelios 9. Granada
Yep, I have to admit, I got this little piece for my collection of Chinese knock offs as well Mark. Got to say that the Chinese have been on a role with the Genesis/Mega Drive as of the last few years. They really seem to like it for sure. After seeing and owning this, I understand why. Well done as always Mark. Keep it up bro. 8^) Anthony..
Yes, all games played fine but remember that some games may be region locked. I can't test PAL us US systems but I can say that all games worked in a Japanese NTSC Mega Drive. Also, please remember that this is an old video. There may be much newer versions of this cartridge now.
Yep. Made that about 5 years ago. I use a special spray paint designed for plastics and fiberglass. The paint has a rough texture to it too which really let's the silver tints shine. As for painting the console, that was quite simple. Just take the shell apart, place it in a box and give it a few coats of spray. Nothing too special. The 16bit logo area and black ring were removed from the consoles shell before painting then put back on. All the text is actually stickers that came from Sega's online store in the early 2000s
That's the spirit. That's why I ordered it. I do t need it as I have an everdrive but the fact it stated to have 112 unique games made my take the plunge. I have to say that I'm plesently surprised by the quality.
About how much do these sell for? I wonder if it's worth it just to grab a cheap EverDrive x3. I grabbed one during Krikzz's Black Friday 20% sale for only $39. I do like collecting some multi-carts too though. I have quite a few of the old original SuperVision and MegaCom Famicom and NES multi's. Those were pretty well made compared to some of the newer, featherweight flash RAM carts being used. This one does look nicer than those.
I also bought this cartridge. Its a great multicard with some of the best games the megadrive has to offer... I also own a megadrive flash cart 😅 But i was curious and i like chinese clone stuff. So why not give it a shot?! And i must say it was worth buying!!
A curious mixture of NTSC and PAL rooms, that´s a pity because NTSC are better (no censorship, fast speed..). It could be better but it´s a great effort. Nice and usefull video, thanks!!
Well to be fair the PAL roms will run full speed on NTSC systems anyway so it's not a problem. Saying that Rocket Knight and Sparker were region locked. I had to use my region switched machine to play those.
Did you see the video? I was using it on a real Japanese Mega Drive. Well, a painted real Japanese Mega Drive :) It will work on pretty much any Mega Drive console including clones since this is not a flash card like the Mega EverDrive.
Retro Core yes I did . because I had the same Multi Cart 55 in 1 but it doesn't work on my Mega Drive 1 (japanese). But it works on my Clone sys. Sorry for My Bad English.
I ordered one, can´t resist for less than 11€...That´s weird the mixture of NTSC and PAL roms (Bare Knuckle and Streets of Rage?? ummm.... Good video, many helpful, thanks!!
Hey Richard core, I seen your other Chinese knock off video about the android thing, that look like the PSP. In my eyes, it actually was kind of good with arcade, make a drive, and yes, and even superintend oh, and many more. The PlayStation emulation, need some work. But Nintendo 64, I’m surprised to see, it’s actually quite impressive for the little Chinese handheld. It’s actually not that bad. What do you think about a retro core?
Once I got systems such as Neo Geo, PC Engine CD and Mega CD running I was quite happy. It could do with a bigger screen and it could be a bit more powerful but for the price it's excellent value as an emulation device. I don't think a modded PSP can play N64 at all.
I don't get why so many multicarts have duplicates at all. There are so many NES/MD games, and a complete rom set is so easy to find that they should be able to fill their multicarts with a large variety of games.
OK, not going to lie. I would get this for the double dragon 12 and three, the sacred or is it, since Rosetta Stone? Yeah, I would just get this multi card, for the double double dragon series.
So does the cart still work? Did it burn out? Is it worth buying in terms of build quality? Are there now fakes/bootlegs of this bootleg at lesser quality like so man other ones on ebay?
Is this just me or..... Chinese now give some love to Sega console ?? From my memory i rarely see genesis/mega drive multicart, heck want i see mostly Famicom/NES and Sufami/SNES, ah there also reproduction of PS1/PS2 with PS2/3/4 cover
Yes, but the real question now is can you play it perfectly in clone console specially with HDMI one ? And there some report clone console cannot play multi cart
Definitely a great selection of games, barring a few clunkers. ...and some odd choices, in the case of that mahjong game. That was an unexpected one, not gonna lie. lol
The person who put together this cartridge sure knew his games even though there are a few odd choices. I bet that mahjong game is on there to keep the perverts happy :)
I bought it and waiting like 10 days ago. They should have put a battery inside though. I think one of the last sonic games is supposed to work with a battery anyway
They'd also need to add a s-ram or some form of data saving chip. That would really ramp up the cost unfortunately. Maybe they could offer that as an option?
The cost is good also looks like like a great selection. I wonder if it works on pal device. How You find this stuff I don't know but I enjoy your videos. P.s the accent been doing my head in for months you a ex poodlian ?
Hehe, yeah I'm originally from Liverpool. Left there 20 years ago. This cart will work on a PAL system but since most of the games on it are the US or Japanese versions they may run slower on Pal.
@@RetroCore Many ppl? Ah, so this isn't your footage then eh? I had assumed that you had captured all of this footage. Still, i'm not sure what not being used to a signal has to do with a signal just being dark. It's not a big deal, was just curious as to what might have happened to make the picture so dark with some of the game footage. Not all of it was dark but a lot of it was. Some of it looked perfectly fine.
Yes, this is all of my footage. What I'm saying is that composite gives a brighter image so many people think RGB is too dark. I really don't like composite at all. Never have done, even back in the late 80s I used RGB. I cant view the video at the moment because I'm on a slow data connection in the countryside but I'm guessing that it is possible the capture card settings were set to dark when I recorded this footage although I dont remember the video being dark when editing it.
@@RetroCore Well I can assure you that I don't fall into that category. I am no squirrely amateur and am very much aware of what RGB is supposed to look like. I have been using RGB myself for many years now and I can assure you that the picture here is much darker than it should be. Some RGB signals do output dark but not usually THAT dark. RGB doesn't have to be dark tho, when done properly it should be just as bright as any other signal. I have seen plenty of your other footage too and none was ever this dark. That being said, one of my SMS consoles has very dark RGB output while my other consoles are normal. The SMS console in question outputs an image almost as dark as this but still not quite this dark. My question tho was that some of the footage is actually fine and isn't dark like the rest, and so I was wondering what may have caused the discrepancy between them. Not a big deal, was just curious as to what may have caused that.
@@RetroCore Check out this forum post, this may explain why your RGB signal is so dark. What RGB SCART cables do you use with your Genesis/Megadrive? That may also explain it if we know which cables you use. If the RGB signal coming from your console is already attenuated and you then use a cable with 75 Ohm resistors on the RGB lines then you will get an abnormally dark picture. eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=38034 I can assure you that an RGB picture should not be anywhere near that dark. It should be just as bright and vibrant as any other signal.
Why is it in a Pal Europe cartridge? I played NTSC-J Carts on my Mega Drive back in the day with a Cart adapter, sure they ran fine.. I understand the difference in Pal 50 Hz and NTSC 60 Hz.. Sonic the Hedgehog 1 run slow in Europe (on Pal Cart) because they never changed the Hz in the code, Sonic 2 was programmed correctly.

thanks you for sharing this man. the selection is just WTF!
7:15 WOW double dragon is on here!!
Will this cartridge work on the AT games release Sega Genesis flashback?
It should do. I tried it on another Mega Drive clone without any problem.
16:21 My favorite Mega Drive/Genesis game
Picked one up from Amazon UK. Works fine on a PAL MK1 megadrive. Obviously certain games will run slow but can be fixed with a 60htz switch installed.
Running slow I can live with but do they all boot on a 50Hz Mega Drive? No good buying one of these if half the games are blocked from European Mega Drive systems.
A lot of great games.Do you know if it will work with a Atgames console from a couple years ago? Thanks Gio🍺🍺🍺
Yes, it should work just fine since it's not a flash card.
Thanks 🍺
I've seen 9999999 in 1 carts with less games than that one.
Hey man. Nice collection of games on the multi cart. Anywhere I could get that mulit cart ?
Link is in the discription.
Great cartridge! now consider buying one. Thanks a lot for showing :-)
No problem. It's a great cartridge.
I have a few of these. love multi carts. Are you from Merseyside, i am from near town. have literally 1000s of retro games and 28 systems. near 59 but love my gaming. thnx for these vids.
Retro Core is originally from Liverpool/UK but lives in Japan with his family..
As Bit-ish Bulldog said, I'm originally from Liverpool but moved to Japan 20 years ago.
59 and still gaming, that's fantastic. My wife asks when I'll stop gaming to which I reply, "when I'm dead" :)
i am 49 sorry. typo. I was in the navy fpr 20 years and i never gpt too Japan/ hoping to go for my 50th.
Retro Core the question is are you a red or a *cough* blue :) I'm local to Liverpool too, small world
i think i saw the Motorola "M" logo on one of the chips inside the cart?
Yeah, I thought that too. I'm not sure it is though. The Motorola M is a little different in design.
Does the 112 in 1 have a save state?
Last battle looked like fist of the north star, and is thay ntsc?
Yes, NTSC.
It's the beta version of the game. Yep, the Beta had a better sound engine than the final released version.
wow I haven't seen some of those …. and I worked in a used games business ….
Nice find. Especially with Ranger X.
Ranger X I 's great game!
11:11 The Super?! I guess you'll be having that rent on time! 😂
i have a 112 in 1 too but it use a higher quality of component and cartridge.
it has a nice sonic glossy label ,and a solid screwed cartridge,it was cheap too (12$)
it use a different blue menu too but the game list seems to be close
Ah, that's the updated version of the cartridge I showed. Your one is better because it has less typos, all copy protection removed and changes Streets of Rage 3 with Bare Knuckle 3.
I love these sort of things, i mean i have everdrives for multiple systems but still want to buy these have a few nes, gameboy, game gear and an old megadrive 5 in 1.think ill purchase this one cheap enough at $12 thanks for the play through Mark.
No worries. I bought one for the exact same reason
Some games are region locked as for which ones, I can't say because there are no PAL Mega Drives in Japan, where I live.
@@RetroCore Thanks again and thank you for the video, it's still very entertaining.
Seems great, but what is the voltage? If too high, it can make consoles die faster.
Scratched off or covered up chips are either clone chips or chips that can be traced back to the point sale. So they make it so you cant track them back to who made the game carts.
Makes sense. Not that anything would happen to them inside of China.
3 games in and I'm sold!
I have a north american model 1 megadrive. Will it still work or is it only compatible with PAL and NTSC-J consoles?
It will work but there may be one or two games that will not load.
@@RetroCore is the region coding still game specific? Say if the Japanese copy of sonic 3 was on an original MD cart and didn't work, then the same game wouldn't work on the multicart?
Does it have a save game like the mini megadrive?
I'm afraid not. This is basically a multi cart with no battery back up.
Surprisingly, a lot of the games that are on the cartridge were included on both the Mega Drive Mini 1 and 2 consoles.
Yep, which means the maker of this cartridge did a good job at curating a good collection.
@@RetroCore Very proud of them.
Thanks Dude.I just ordered it. No Jurassic Park, but I have that on another $5 one game China cart.
Now that there is a Sega Classic with HDMI. Sega can go on the flat-screen.
Does this have a battery backup for sonic 3?
I'm afraid not.
Does this cart have a saving feature? Battery back up or ROM chip?
I'm afraid not.
I bought that one, sometime in last summer. Excellent value, I would say :)
I agree. So many great games for a cheap price.
Wow, it even has Zero Wing.
All your base are belong to us.
Show muito bom vídeo parabéns. Pelo bom gosto. Só jogão pra min Robocop x terminador o Champion 😁😁👍👍
HELLO! monster world IV its posible save game?
sadly not. This cartridge has no battery back up option.
Most of the games on multicart for the mega drive that have overscan will fit screen
Love playing me some Fire Sark lol
YOU DID GOOD GETTING ALL THOSE GAME SNIPPETS IN!!!!
Thanks. It took hours to film.
Nice, but does it work on any clone console?
I'm afraid I don't know.
I bought the 112 cart but I put in my Genesis model 1 US version and the menu comes up but when I press start it just flashed once and goes back to menu start not working can you help me figure it out
Sorry, I have no idea. Sounds like a faulty cartridge to me.
Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas to you too.
mine works fine
Here are some of the Genesis games shown here listed on Evercade:
1. Midnight Resistance
2. Two Crude Dudes
3. Water Margin: The Tales of Clouds and Winds
4. Splatterhouse 2
5. Splatterhouse 3
6. Arcus Odyssey
7. Gaiares
8. Phelios
9. Granada
Nice collection, I need to buy one!
Yep, less than 13 us dollars shipped. Can't go wrong there.
I picked up this multicart plus the 126 in 1. Pretty much have every genesis game i wanna play now including the awesome Devine Sealing, lol.
Cool. I've got the 126 in 1 on its way to me. Hope to have it within a week.
Awesome, love to see what you think of it as well. Keep up the great work Mark. Appreciate your hard work that goes into each video.
Thanks man. Making videos does take a long time but as long as people keep watching I'll keep making them.
Is this cartridge works fine with original hardware Sega Megadrive model 1?…
Yes. As you can see in the video I am using a real original Japanese Mega Drive 1.
Anthony..
I hope they can come out with a perfect HDMI clone of the Mega Drive with correct audio. That would be so sweet.
I have a question
That games are playing without any proplems??
Yes, all games played fine but remember that some games may be region locked. I can't test PAL us US systems but I can say that all games worked in a Japanese NTSC Mega Drive.
Also, please remember that this is an old video. There may be much newer versions of this cartridge now.
Retro Core from where i’ll bye
AliExpress or ebay??
It has 112 in 1 games for the MD/GENESIS
Yes, that's right.
Is that a custom paint job on your Mega Drive? If so, how did you do it?
They included Bare Knuckle I and II, but the censored and cut version Streets of Rage 3. I don't get it.
An oversight perhaps? I read there is now an updated version of this cart which features Bare Knuckle 3.
*It's a very expensive game is why!*
Wow didn't know it had pirates of dark water! I had that but lost it :(what a cool game it was!
You would have been a popular guy if you had one of these carts back in the day, i mean who had 112 Mega Drive games back then ;).
Too right. A multi cart with 5 crappy 4mbit games on it was like royalty back then.
I could buy this and plug it into one of my tight-gripping clone consoles, then just never take it out :) that is...if they still worked!!!
Nice one, seems a nice middle ground and a damn lot cheaper than an Everdrive, just ordered one for a laff :D
That's the spirit. That's why I ordered it. I do t need it as I have an everdrive but the fact it stated to have 112 unique games made my take the plunge. I have to say that I'm plesently surprised by the quality.
Retro Core Does this work with a clone console?
About how much do these sell for?
I wonder if it's worth it just to grab a cheap EverDrive x3. I grabbed one during Krikzz's Black Friday 20% sale for only $39.
I do like collecting some multi-carts too though. I have quite a few of the old original SuperVision and MegaCom Famicom and NES multi's. Those were pretty well made compared to some of the newer, featherweight flash RAM carts being used. This one does look nicer than those.
This multicart was just under 13 US dollars shipped.
Oh, yeah that's pretty cheap!
I also bought this cartridge.
Its a great multicard with some of the best games the megadrive has to offer...
I also own a megadrive flash cart 😅
But i was curious and i like chinese clone stuff.
So why not give it a shot?!
And i must say it was worth buying!!
Does it work with Analogue Mega SG?
A curious mixture of NTSC and PAL rooms, that´s a pity because NTSC are better (no censorship, fast speed..). It could be better but it´s a great effort. Nice and usefull video, thanks!!
Well to be fair the PAL roms will run full speed on NTSC systems anyway so it's not a problem. Saying that Rocket Knight and Sparker were region locked. I had to use my region switched machine to play those.
This Cart Can Run on Original MD? Or Can run On Clone sys ?
It will run on Clones (most) and official system.
Did you see the video? I was using it on a real Japanese Mega Drive. Well, a painted real Japanese Mega Drive :)
It will work on pretty much any Mega Drive console including clones since this is not a flash card like the Mega EverDrive.
It will not work on clones with glob-top chips (typically Atgames and other clones that have bad sound).
Retro Core yes I did .
because I had the same Multi Cart 55 in 1 but it doesn't work on my Mega Drive 1 (japanese).
But it works on my Clone sys. Sorry for My Bad English.
SaturnHST my Clone Console used that Chip TCT 6801 .
Good work. Didn't catch if u mentioned if it worked on at games clone consoled
Yep, it should work fine on clone hardware as it's not a flash card.
Cool, thanks man. Ordered immediately ;)
You're welcome. This is a great cartridge for the price.
How is the sound quality?
It's perfect if you run it on a real Mega Drive.
Nice quality with RGB and a real machine. It would be great with some RPG.
Sadly RPG would require S-ram and a lot of it to save multiple rpgs. I guess that would really ramp up the price of something like this.
Looks like a good selection of mega drive library
I'd say so. Many great games on there.
I ordered one, can´t resist for less than 11€...That´s weird the mixture of NTSC and PAL roms (Bare Knuckle and Streets of Rage?? ummm.... Good video, many helpful, thanks!!
You're welcome. I dont need this cartridge myself but found it too much of a deal to let it pass.
Where is Kid Chamaeleon, and Echo the dolphin 1&2!?
I guess they didn't think they were good enough or the person who compiled the games list wasn't a fan?
I don't get why so many multicarts have duplicates at all. There are so many NES/MD games, and a complete rom set is so easy to find that they should be able to fill their multicarts with a large variety of games.
Basically the people who make these things don't care. Thats what makes this cart much better than most.
Does it work with MegaSG?
Yes, no problem.
How do you activate. The cheats on these things?
It doesn't have cheats.
@@RetroCore Mine do! And,they are the same exact carts!!
Lucky. Maybe you have an updated version.
OK, not going to lie. I would get this for the double dragon 12 and three, the sacred or is it, since Rosetta Stone? Yeah, I would just get this multi card, for the double double dragon series.
No harm in that. Here in Japan Double Dragon 1 and 2 cost a fortune.
So does the cart still work? Did it burn out? Is it worth buying in terms of build quality? Are there now fakes/bootlegs of this bootleg at lesser quality like so man other ones on ebay?
It still works just fine. I have Chinese multi bootleg carts from the late 80s that still work.
Mine it still work =] 2022
Is this just me or..... Chinese now give some love to Sega console ?? From my memory i rarely see genesis/mega drive multicart, heck want i see mostly Famicom/NES and Sufami/SNES, ah there also reproduction of PS1/PS2 with PS2/3/4 cover
Yeah, it's great that we now have these multi carts with a great selection on them.
Yes, but the real question now is can you play it perfectly in clone console specially with HDMI one ? And there some report clone console cannot play multi cart
a lot of good stuff on this cart, beside some fails, I also noticed some games I didnt knew that they existed 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
That's when you know it's a good cart. I got to wonder why on earth they put True Lies on there.
I will be ordering this. Hope it works on my AtGames Genesis HD.
Should do. I tried it on a different clone system and if worked just fine.
EPIC! Wayyyy too many damn SHMUPS on this thing tho... I got very upset when they kept coming.. and coming... and coming...
Ah, I. Was happy with them. The games that upset me were the sports ones at the end.
Great cartridge😎😎Do you know if it will play in Atgames Sega Genesis console??Thanks🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
Is this playable on an NTSC system?
Japan uses NTSC systems. I guess you are referring to a Genesis? It will work fine on that too.
You can say that again Mark. I hope it will become a reality some day! 8^)
Anthony..
A lot of your video captures here are very dark while some aren't. How come you think this is?
No idea. Maybe it's because many people use component and are not used to the RGB image?
Or maybe the settings were off on the video capture card?
If the RGB signal coming from your console is already attenuated and you then use a cable with 75 Ohm resistors on the RGB lines then you will get an abnormally dark picture.
eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=38034
I can assure you that an RGB picture should not be anywhere near that dark. It should be just as bright and vibrant as any other signal.
where to buy it?
Link is in the discription.
I picked up this cart. Works great. Only problem is Streets of Rage 2 is sped up for me on my PAL machine. Music is unbearable 17% faster.
Really? That doesn't make sense because an NTSC game would run slower on a PAL System.
@@RetroCore strange. Also my copy of streets of rage 1 doesn't have the Bare Knuckle title screen like yours.
@@RetroCore my streets 2 is also named differently to yours too.
Funny that there's Japanese and US release on that cart, too bad it's Last Battle and not Hokutonoken for example !
Yeah, that is a shame. The updated version of this cart replaces Streets of Rage 3 with Bare Knuckle 3.
Works on Pal? Sure it does as it look the right shape.
It can. But it will run slower on PAL systems. Due to all of the games being 60Hz / JP & US specs.
Yep it works on pal but some or if not most of the games will run slowly.
I get a Everdrive then, The mid range version, so I can chance Mega CD Bios.
Retro Core When you say that the games will run slowly on a PAL Mega Drive, does that mean the games will play terrible because they are running slow?
Cool video😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
Did you have to import tax?
No, I've never paid any import tax when getting items sent to Japan.
Retro Core ah I assumed you were in the UK. Still that's worth knowing :)
No worries. I am from the UK but mov d to Japan 19 years ago.
Retro Core your living the dream :)
so i guess this do sounds very close to the originals ?
It's a cartridge so it sounds 100% the same as the original if you are playing on a real Mega drive console.
