    May this be a benefit to you and others. I was worried when you dropped the bar.
    But How much would you say the kettlebell’s simple and sinister program has contributed to increasing your overall strength and bodily functionality?

      Thank you! Yes misses are part of the practice, especially when testing max.... have to know how to handle a miss so there's no harm done.
