I know this is an older video, but I guess I'm the only person who didn't get Mojito with Studio One? I can't find it anywhere to even open it. I have Studio One 5. I have checked the instruments tab and the effects tab. I have something called Presence and Artists Instruments and Mojito is not in either of these. Do I have to download it somewhere maybe?
The cut off frequency works as a slope and begins to reduce frequencies at the point you set, in this case 440Hz. But is does not completely eliminate frequencies above that cut off settings, it just reduces them. If you put a spectrum meter (found in the effects tab of Studio One in the professional version, maybe in the artist version, too...) on the track with your Mojito, you will see a visual representation of what's happening to your sound and maybe that will make things more clear.
I used mojito for the bass part ("low end") in this song, if you listen to it you will notice that the volume changes in the bass line. Sadly I could not find a way around that problem, compression doesn't work in this one ua-cam.com/video/fVGxYxmZyfQ/v-deo.html

I turn the resonance to 100%, why the sound disappear suddenly ?
It'd be difficult to say without seeing all of your settings.
