They are feeling sorry now because they're all alone and have no one. And this is all their doing. Put their one son above everyone else and that son destroyed many lives including their own son. She started to rattle off the process and i kinda glazed over and asked her for the dumbed down version. She happily complied, wording it in a way i could a) understand and 2) allowed me to kinda throw idea of improvement, to which she accepted as possible. As i said, bitch is brilliant so my suggestion was probably considered by her but she's lovely and enjoys intelligent diagonal with me, even when its out of my wheelhouse.
