Google Local Services Ads are advertisements on the search results pages for local business owners to promote their services to customers within a specific geographical area.
First, check eligibility. Create a LSA business profile. Then, provide proof that your business is licensed and insured. Undergo a background check. Once approved, set up your ads and set your budget.
So after being eligible for a Google search ad, do we continue to create a search ad focus locally or create a local campaign?

If a client got verified for LSA, how do we actually get access to run their ads? Rep keeps saying to connect to MCC. Is that our regular Google Ads MCC or is there a LSA MCC? If it's Google ads MCC, how do you run them from there? If it's an LSA MCC, how do we set that up? I'm so confused.
If you’re running for clients how do you get all of their personal info in for the verification?
I generally have clients sign up for this themselves and manage everything themselves and then I will work on their other campaigns.

Is it also available in a normal Google ads account? Or do you really need to create this extra account? To be able to run them?
We like to create sperate ads accounts, that way we can view data separately such as clicks, CTR, and Conv. rate. Also, you can then utilize Google local services $500 in ad credit promotion.

I think this is great and we need to pay for qualified leads but This feature not available in India😢
They are still rolling it out in a lot of countries and for a lot of different industries so hopefully they release it there soon.. For now I would focus on search campaigns to drive those leads for your business.
