These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.
My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

I'm in my early 30 but my fitness level is waaay worse than you since I'm morbidly obese. I need all this gentle movements so my body can adapt to movement. So here I'm, adding all this friendly and quick work out to my must to do list.😂
Just turned 60 and I just love doing your workouts Petra I feel so good. And I've also have lost 13 kg.but I need to loose 5 more I'll get there but it's just not coming off as fast as before 😂❤

She is showing how to get to where she is. She must be doing harder workouts than these for sure. But she is showing how beginners can get started with these and see small changes in their body which motivates them to be consistent. Most of us abandon exercising because it starts hurting or we find the moves too difficult. The short duration exercises are great to get started on the road to fitness. As another popular fitness youtuber frequently says, Movement is medicine. 🙂
