The Jagdpanther in War Thunder is the best tank destroyer in the game. Pound for Pound for its battle rating it has the perfect combination of firepower from the long 88mm cannon, the speed of the Panther and insane sloped armour!
Combine this with the Do 335 B-2 and you've got a perfect package for destruction! Armed with three 30mm cannons that have 77mm of penetration and plenty of ammo... there's not much can fend you off!

@@potatoquality8871 i mean, if you are playing US, at 6.0 unless you have the bulldog that is all you can do. Unless you can pen the mg port. Which unlike a jumbo, has maybe literally 1-5 pixels to pen and is trolly as fuck.
@@heaventoearth_ You miss 1 shot and you're done for in mos cases. Its rewarding, but also prettty punishing when you mess up once.
You nailed a really good quote “you’re at the mercy of the teammates you have.” That’s what helps me keep my sanity. You can’t be expected to cover every road or flank, sometimes it’s just a crummy team and you gotta push through.
Having a good time with my mate capping a point, getting into a good fight. suddenly there's 2 enemies behind us and when I check map our whole team has evaporated.
and then there are the teammates who push you into the open while youre trying to get cover. not just blocking you...actively pushing you into the enemy line of fire.

this is annoyingly true, i recently had the best match of my career in an m4a1 at 3.3, fended off the entire enemy team on factory at A for so long but my team just couldnt keep themselves together, eventually i died and the mission ended with a solid 14 kills and like 3500 spawn points, too bad i couldnt nuke because 3.3

Miss the days of orange doom CAS was truly incredible
I decided to dust off my jagdpanther the other day and I had the best game of my War Thunder career. It was on "American town" and I found a nasty hull down spot along the train tracks and defended B the entire game. I got something like 16 kills, and the front of my tank by the end of it had an ungodly amount of dents in it from all the bounced shots. Amazing tank honestly
My best game was in KV 1 L11, got 13 kills to no deaths, I came close at the end to dying cuz of a puma and a panzer 4, and this was one of my first realistic battles, I've come close, but never beat it
I love the JP but the Stug 3 has a place in my heart
The Stug 3 g is my favorite ground vehicle. It has decent mobility, a great cannon, and good armor.

Hey Bawz, I don't think I've ever seen you play the AMX-30 DCA. It's probably imo one the most fun and effective early radar guided SPAA that I've played. It's also at a good area in the french tree for a beefy 8.3 lineup for both ground and air vehicles. Love your content Bawz, keep up the good work!
Favorite eSports ready moment was in the UA-cam cup. F-16 fires 5 mavericks, 4 hits, no kills.
JPanther is by far one of my favorite tanks in the game. It's just so incredibly easy to play well, and if you know what you're doing you can be a real menace.

I remember one time I got 8 air kills in the premium Do-335 in ground rb because everyone kept trying to head on me. Had they not and just gone for me from above and behind, I would’ve been a sitting duck. That was years ago, but to this day is still the most ridiculous number of air kills I’ve had in ground rb.

I grinded most of the German tech tree with the KV-1C back when it was 4.3 and 4.7, it also printed SL
I’m about to get this premium behemoth. My style of f play for tanks has always been the German TDS in all the tanks games I’ve played. That route you’ve first taken in Berlin is my favourite, sometimes you can lucky, especially if you’re on the other team and get to take out a few tanks coming the way you’ve just come.
On the topic of going back to your routs. I was a British bomber pilot because at the time there were no groundforces in WT
this tank and the japanese chi-nu II gave me more than 10 million silver lions faster than all other vehicles combined, both are in my top 5 best vehicles in war thunder
6.0 is 95% 6.3 games hands down my favorite BR. I play US with T20 F4U4B, Germany with this lineup, Russia with the IS2 and TisMa, and Britan with the Cen MK1 Wyvern. I bring full lineups but those are my main vehicles in them. Hands down best fun in the game

I was so excited to get the tech tree Jagd when I started but I did awful with it. Might just get the premium and start again with a clean slate since my play has improved some over time.

The Jagdpanther is my fav vehicle in the game, it’s like an upgraded version of my previous fav vehicle the Nashorn, doom cannon, can take a hit and is pretty quick

Mister OddBawZ could you play the Valentine 9? It's armor angled is very good and the 6pdr on it is incredible; it also helps that not many people know how to kill any of the Valentines. It honestly would be very funny to see you and maybe Mister Spooksten playing the very slow, very trolly, and very deadly, Valentine 9.
Love that thing. The armor is so inconsistent though, either you get OHKO'd or you bounce every shot
I always go on that street, even conquests maps, witch mean if the "monument" is to cap I usually end up doing nothing.
And to be honest when this thing was 6.3 I never even gave it a chance (the tech tree one) despite I like the tank it self. IDK if i want to revisit it.
Also I think this is the oldest premium tank (TD) still on sale.

Teammates are there just to distract the enemies you cannot deal with at the moment. At least in multiplayer games.
That is one of my favourite german tanks, it's also weirdly my lucky tank. I always seem to have good rounds with that tank.
Sometimes I feel like getting too many kills can hurt your team just because your team isn’t getting those kills themselves for SP. Had so many games where I had a huge number of kills and my team was all back to hangar with just 1/3 the kills I had between the entire team. They all had run out of SP while I had over 4000.

Managed to nail a pair of T28 Turtles on Poland, on the A point, in my Puma. 50mm go boop.
Got up beside one, got his commander and driver with a side shot.
Drove behind the 2nd, staying close enough that his .50 couldnt aim down at me, rinse and repeat side shots with APCR because they have no Commanders to gun, and no drivers or transmissions to respond.
Farmed a solid 2 or 3 criticals off each of them >:3

Yooo OddBawZ what are you playing in D&D? Absolutely love your content and seeing you play germany is great. Jagdpanther is an impressive powerhouse with good armor and a great gun. It's hard to always face these near invincible soviet and allied tanks so it feels good to give them back the love with the Jagdpanther. It's really hard for me to leave the 6.0 BR to get the more advanced tanks just because I feel soo powerful in the lower BRs but in the higher ones I instantly die. Would you mind making a video on high rank gameplay or a little "tips and tricks" video?
I have seen some people claim to be good and give advice but in their videos they usually just are lucky and have bad tactics or positioning. But with your gameplay and the amount of videos I've seen from you it's easier to really understand how to play like a pro. You somehow just know the game and when to advance and when to stay back. It's really fun watching you. Keep it up!

Yeah only thing you should fear when playing this tank is heat rounds from Cold War era vehicles and veteran player who smart enough to shoot the machine gun port on the hull.

something I found out a while ago is the premium variant can be killed by a high explosive shell from an m-51 while the tech tree variant can not

@@tedarcher9120 Doesnt make it any less cancerous that it faces mostly tanks that have almost no capability to penetrate it frontally unless it's at 6.7. The only reason he died in both games was because A: Volumetrics doing the funny, and B: Revenge Bombing CAS. the ATGM thing is more of an issue of stupidly compressed BR's and having the post war crazy stuff mixed in with relatively conventional vehicles.
also AFAIK the biggest threat at 6.3/6.7 for vehicles with lots of armor is HEAT/HEATFS and less from ATGM's

I love this tank, but I love yeeting these things in my American T34 even more.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone straight through the front of a panthers turret with a Sherman 75, but hit the same spot with the Challenger’s over 215mm at 30 degrees penetration sabot round and it doesn’t go through
