The M6A2E1 is a US Heavy Tank that has an absolutely insane turret. The armour on this thing is honestly absurd for 6.7 but the rest of the tank is a little bit squishy.
The M6A2E1 hull is completely cast with only 65mm of armour all round. So, it's a good job the tank has some extra armor welded on and some of the side armor causes problems with volumetric.
The 200mm thick turret houses a massive 105mm cannon that punches an APHE shell into the enemy with 250mm of penetration. This is enough to make even an IS-3 weep so long as you know where to shoot.
The 105mm M6A2 is the master of going hull down and using its turret armour to lock down areas on maps. If there's one tank you don't want to fight hull down, it's most definitely this thing. Incredible defensively but definitely risky if you're playing out in the open.
This was fun to play considering I spend most of my games driving around like a crazy man! :)

Honestly, the T-34 driver's hatch eating a 105mm round with more than 100mm of penetration to spare after going through it is the most hilarious part!

MG port is just volumetric hell, used to be bad, got worse
You shoot in the middle or at the corners where the ammo is stores for Box Panzers, that's just a rule you learn to avoid steiners pocket dimension (some say he's still preparing his counter attack there)
At this point you could probably fart into a bagpipe while you drive a bicycle in circles around a tank and people would still watch

I find myself constantly having to double check the aspect ratio during the tank intro isn't squished.

That's what I've been using to grind the 292 it's cool being on xbox bc alot of players simply just don't have most evert tanks that have come out and there's no market either which also makes me wonder say I got the 750.000 xp coupon for the 292 wtf would I do with it ? Bc we don't have a market which kinda passes me off bc why are you gonna leave that there for us when it's useless why not add somthing else for us to compensate like idk a full maybe give us a coupon that fully upgrades it right ? LIKE SOMTHING...

On the topic of the graphics sliders and options, us console players don't have access to them at all. And they are defaulted to high for us so sometimes we can't see a damn thing and then get killed by people with them low or off completely. I really wish we could get the options so I could improve my frame rate since I'm stuck on a Xbone X and the game was optimized for the next gen so I often get less than 30 fps while also being unable to see a bunch of enemies that can see me.
I’m on ps4, so I feel ya brother. Between that and the fact that I can hardly use planes because from altitude the enemy tanks derender and the terrain gets all weird looking to where I couldnt see shit even if it was rendered
why is the ps4 version better? lmao, go to a pawnshop and pick one up for like $50. if your worried about framerates on a tv, your sitting to close to it.

@@BarkerVancity the point flew so far over your head it's now in orbit. The console builds don't have the ability to adjust any graphical settings so we're stuck waiting on smoke to thin or enemies hiding behind grass they can't see with settings lowered but that's all we can see. It's been a frustration for players since the PS4 version dropped. It also means sometimes performance tanks for the players on the older models because of all the effects being on that a PC player can reduce.
tl:dr it's not a level playing field, and people that reduce the options all the way can have a massive advantage that cannot be negated over other players.

05:29 This is actually a really good tip for a lot of players. For like 2 years now the particle effects have been overwhelming to the point that it's almost impossible to see your opponent during a fight. I died many times due to not being able to see the enemy due to artillery smoke, destroyed vehicles burning, explosions kicking up dust etc. I got so fed up with not being able to see that I had to turn that option down. I want to play at the highest graphics, but that option is just making you gimp yourself so hard.
Console players have never had the option to do so so we just have to deal with it and the PCMR memes built on people using the settings to gain a competitive advantage.
The real fix is to eliminate the ability to turn down the graphics that low.
Its especially bad on the winter and sand maps where the wind kicks up the terrain and you cant see anything beyond 800 meters. Which looks really nice i must say but i want to see.

@@Drakey_Fenix Gaijin shouldn't allow it to be turned off it your PC can run it. There's no reason for somebody on a 4090 to have the option of running minimum graphics.
Particle density and foliage settings shouldnt be a "how much of this" slider but rather a "how nice this looks" slider

Perfect illustration of how knowing the map, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your AND your enemies' vehicles, PATIENCE and excellent situational awareness make SUCH an enormous difference to performance.
Turning off the particle density could be a good thing from the watchers' points of view, too, as looking at opaque clouds of stuff isn't necessarily all that entertaining, LOL.

my mind immediately went to the french autoloaders when you said revolver. some of them have a first stage ammo stowage that looks like revolver's cylinder.
this feels like a perfect gift for the T95 enjoyers. You get the T95 gun on a fairly mobile platform and a turret with some fairly decent armor plus there is a smaller chance to face the 7.7s, zero chance to face 8.0s and you have a chance to fight 5.7s.

Heres a challenge for you Oddbawz!
You have to play germany for 5 games using these tanks:
waffentrager/nashorn, Tiger 2 (SLA. 16 or 105mm), Panther 2, sturmtiger, elefant/ferdinand
You can choose what tanks to use but you can only choose a maximum of 3 tanks (You have to choose 1 tank with a battle rating of atleast 6.7 so you can actually drop a nuke ;D)
Your objective is to get as many nukes in 5 games as possible. At the end if you want you can reveal how long it took in total (not expecting you to show the full 5 games unedited, you can shorten them as you like).
(CAS isnt allowed)

I'm wondering why Gaijin can't add the Marder II into the game After all, it's just a Panzer II hull with a new open-top crew compartment armed with a 75mm PaK 40.

++ on the lineup idea. The individual vehicle highlight videos are excellent, but it'd be quite a bit more fun seeing how you build and sustain a game with your lineups.

I would love it if you could do a video on just generally which vehicles to use, like what sort of vehicles you should have in a lineup and when you should spawn a certain vehicle.

People will see this video and still deny Russian bias on T-34s driver hatches, I remember one time that thing bounced a 105mm apfsds which had 485mm of pen yeah no Russian bias.

Oh, one other thing.

that was the 3rd time i had you in my team or as enemy... 2 as teammate before 4 years.. and one as enemy when you use the french ebr before around 2 years.. in a line up with the SA50 sherman. and the helldiver and the SO 8000 ..yes i was the bad 190 that dance. to his death.. still i cant fly that thing..
Long Videos and using complete line ups sounds awesome. It´s especially good for new players, since one can learn way more from it. But even I as a seasoned veteran no lifer really like the idea since I in general enjoy longer videos and when it comes to the added benefit of maybe learning one or two things, just makes it better.

This thing has the same reverse speed as forward speed, so you can simply drive it in reverse in order to block all shots with your giant engine
Not exactly when u lose ur engine u would be a sitting duck also ur turret speed lowers when ur engine is turned off when battery turns to zero
