Some company paying quarterly for their stockholder. Possible you can earn 100k per quarter not monthly if you have millions of investment. You can earn 5~12 percent.
well invest in US stock market ticker QYLD with return at current price is 12%/pa or 1 percent per month! So kailangan mo lang ng 10M para kumita ng 100k per month (gross before US tax)

Sir, your channel and insights are incredible! I just have one question: do we get taxed for everything we earn from stock investments? If so, will/should it be added to our annual tax return? Thank you!
It's good to have stocks as part of your portfolio... But it is not wise or effective in maximizing your profit to put everything where it will generate 4% pa... A lot of combination of investments that could be non aggressive but still generate more revenue than 4%...bawasan mo pa ang rate of inflation Dyan at tax halos wala ka ng tubo... Just my opinion
correct me if im wrong ang pagkakaintindi ko sa paliwanag mo ay ito na ang tinubo ng pera depende sa laki ng investement or puhunan you are writing 12 it represent the months. my question is how many years do i need to put my money in that investment to star to received my target dividend? and should my capital money stays in the invesment to received the dividend? just new to this thing thank you
Question:: im a newbie in investing and i have a bpi acct. Is it still considered a diversified investment of i put money into the different uitf/mutual funds that they have?what are your thoughts on this?
Ha..😮 if you have 10m and have an apartment 8 unit appartment complex and make 768K a year.. Why would people do stock market? Am i right or i missed something...

very informative ask ko lang since nagwithhold si company, yung dividend left po ba ay kasama sa computation ng income tax? do i need to include that and be taxed again?
Sir. good day! first time i came across your video and this video is very informative. Hindi ko pa napapanood ang mga iba nyong videos nyo pero baka lang maconsider nyong gumawa ng video showing the comparison of dividend investing between REITS vs Pagibig mp2. lets say, if for the last 3 years, InvestorA has consistently invested 2,000.00 php monthly in a REIT and InvestorB has consistently invested 2,000.00 php in PagibigMP2 for the last 36 months. Ano kaya ang mas magandang return? Reason for asking sir is, para sa mga risk averse, malaki ba ang return ng REITS compared to MP2? Thanks in advance sir.
Peso Cost Averaging is the BEST, you are RIDING the UPS and DOWNS of the market, then you will GET the average price of your portfolio in a year, NO stress, WALA kang paki sa presyo ng stocks mo, mababa mong nabili, mas MARAMI kang maiipon na shares
interesting question.. unfortunately, need to deep dive iresearch kasi sa PH, im not sure if this data is available.. however, sa US stock market, meron tinatawag na dividend kings.. for 50 years, walang palya nagbibigay ng dividends.. u can check out my other video about dividend kings po. =)
Thanks for the computation.
it depends on your strategy.. ung regular ka nag.a-add, it's called peso cost averaging.. you do this regardless sa price ng stock.. perfect to sa mga busy o those having a hard time studying technical analysis.. pero if meron ka nmn knowledge on technical analysis, yan ung ideal na scenario na mag.add ka when down ung market. the problem is wala talaga makakapredict ng market. hehe and lastly, in any kind of investmetns, meron talagang risk of capital loss.. And i actually love this question, i might create a video on stock strategies in the future.. hope this helps. =)
eto ang formula. gustong kita = 1,000php/month 12 months = 1 yr Sample dividend = 3% 1,000x12 = 12k 12,000 x 3% ( ang 3% ay katumbas ng .03 ) 12,000 ÷0.03 = 400k investment roi = 412,000/yr
Dami pang paligoy ligoy na computation, you just need to get 4% of total capital pra malaman possible monthly income.....If 100k pesos target per month, need 30M total capital based sa 4% annual interest. hahahaha...Tapos volatile pa....Msyadong mababa 4% if you have 30M, mas madaming investment options to make even more money.

If you want to earn 100,000 pesos per month from your investment with a 3% return, you would need to invest:
100,000 pesos / 0.03 = 3,333,333.33 pesos
This calculation assumes that the 3% return is an annual return. To calculate the monthly return, you would divide the annual return by 12:
3% / 12 = 0.25%
So, in order to earn 100,000 pesos per month with a 0.25% monthly return, you would need to invest:
100,000 pesos / 0.0025 = 40,000,000 pesos

It's good to have stocks as part of your portfolio... But it is not wise or effective in maximizing your profit to put everything where it will generate 4% pa... A lot of combination of investments that could be non aggressive but still generate more revenue than 4%...bawasan mo pa ang rate of inflation Dyan at tax halos wala ka ng tubo... Just my opinion
correct me if im wrong ang pagkakaintindi ko sa paliwanag mo ay ito na ang tinubo ng pera depende sa laki ng investement or puhunan you are writing 12 it represent the months.
my question is how many years do i need to put my money in that investment to star to received my target dividend?
and should my capital money stays in the invesment to received the dividend? just new to this thing thank you
Thank u sir. Now i know how much capital that i need to invest. Thank u😊
welcome po.. happy to help. =)
Question:: im a newbie in investing and i have a bpi acct. Is it still considered a diversified investment of i put money into the different uitf/mutual funds that they have?what are your thoughts on this?
If ain’t about just the capital, its about what company gives a big annual dividends.

To cut the story short wag mo na pangarapin!
sabi nga nila, invest what you can afford to lose
The correct word is gamble and not invest, dont get me wrong i also have stocks in PSE :)
Can make a video on high dividend stocks for retirement 100k+ a month, like gma7, LTG, DMCi, spc, sgp, thanks
Ang ganda po nito, i love your explanation 😊

Nice. Tama ka jan! =)
pls tells us how to buy and sell reits, pls show how its done. thank you.
Ha..😮 if you have 10m and have an apartment 8 unit appartment complex and make 768K a year.. Why would people do stock market? Am i right or i missed something...
Kanya kanya tau ng preference depends on which one u are comfortable with. :)
depende sa risk appetite ng investor😂😅
How to invest in areit and ddmpr
very informative ask ko lang since nagwithhold si company, yung dividend left po ba ay kasama sa computation ng income tax? do i need to include that and be taxed again?
Sir. good day! first time i came across your video and this video is very informative. Thanks in advance sir.
this is the question that begs to be answered.
if your conservative investor go for MP2,
and if your aggressive investor go for REIT's
just my opinion😅
like your vids, detailed. thanks.
happy you find it helpful. =)
THANK YOU SIR!
Apartment nalang 500k na bahay paupahan mo 15k monthly
Peso Cost Averaging is the BEST, you are RIDING the UPS and DOWNS of the market, then you will GET the average price of your portfolio in a year, NO stress, WALA kang paki sa presyo ng stocks mo, mababa mong nabili, mas MARAMI kang maiipon na shares
Thank you po
Welcome 😊
10% interest sa stocks goods na Pero Kung gusto mo mas high risk crypto 10-20% yearly
totally agree with this. =)
interesting question.. unfortunately, need to deep dive iresearch kasi sa PH, im not sure if this data is available..
however, sa US stock market, meron tinatawag na dividend kings.. for 50 years, walang palya nagbibigay ng dividends.. u can check out my other video about dividend kings po. =)
What is the right time to top up in investment to be covered for monthly dividends

NON-SENSE! just invest sa pagibig MP2 safe ang pera mo! malaki ang dividend at compounding pa! guaranteed by the government at TAX FREE!
Good investment idea bro.
Thanks for the computation.
it depends on your strategy.. ung regular ka nag.a-add, it's called peso cost averaging.. you do this regardless sa price ng stock.. perfect to sa mga busy o those having a hard time studying technical analysis..
pero if meron ka nmn knowledge on technical analysis, yan ung ideal na scenario na mag.add ka when down ung market. the problem is wala talaga makakapredict ng market. hehe
and lastly, in any kind of investmetns, meron talagang risk of capital loss..
And i actually love this question, i might create a video on stock strategies in the future.. hope this helps. =)

@@TiyoPilo idol , 1000 initial,
Like cimb?
Very informative👏thankyou for this
Glad it was helpful!
Im a senior citizen where to invest to get additional.income
eto ang formula.
gustong kita = 1,000php/month
12 months = 1 yr
Sample dividend = 3%
1,000x12 = 12k
12,000 x 3% ( ang 3% ay katumbas ng .03 )
12,000 ÷0.03
= 400k investment
roi = 412,000/yr
Yes. Tama po ung formula mo. =)
wala pa yan tax and comm fees
Great video,
Sir ask ko lng po pde ko n po b i multiply nalang ung dividend yeild percentage to number of share? Para makuha yung yearly na dividend?
Laki pala capital para kumita kahit tulog
Yeah we really need money to make more money 😊
Dami pang paligoy ligoy na computation, you just need to get 4% of total capital pra malaman possible monthly income.....If 100k pesos target per month, need 30M total capital based sa 4% annual interest. hahahaha...Tapos volatile pa....Msyadong mababa 4% if you have 30M, mas madaming investment options to make even more money.
totally agree. this was for computation purposes.. may mga vehicles na man na nagbibigay ng 6 to 8% per year.
2.5%/year kunti lang Pala no?
Pero mas volatile sya I think
thank you

Your channel has really changed my life. I have been studying and researching about crypto for a while now and got stuck somewhere along the learning curve. I can now say that am really improving my understanding of this whole new world and making huge profits on a weekly basis, all thanks to you guys
I have been earning monthly passive income with cryptocurrencies for more than a year, although I prefer to trade with the help of a professional broker because it saves my time and reduces the risk of losing funds in trading, since we all know how volatile the market is.
I am a cr ypto newbie and have some cr ypto in my wallet but I am afraid of losing my funds due to the recent crash.
@@andrewpeter6783 No need to panic if you plan on a long-term holding, but if you hope to earn passive income from the coins you have in your wallet, it is recommended that you have a genuine professional broker manage your account.
I am hoping to earn passive income maybe weekly or monthly... Can you suggest a genuine broker?
There are many claiming to be professionals for all investors, especially newbies, you should get tired of! Mr. Avril Coleman is a genuine and consistent broker who can guide you to become one of the whales in crypto.
Sir good morning po anong banko po ba ang mabilis at ma baba na percent na tubo thanks boss
Um new to this sir i have a question medyo naguguluhan lang
Dun sa may formula pati stocks
Like ...You need to invest 30m to get 100k monthy=1year=1.2m lang makukuha sir or for long terrm like 10 years ka kikita ng 100k per monthy? Kaso kung 1 year luge ka ng around 28million... Or for many years kang 100k like 30 years para mabawi yung captial moden kikita kapaba pagkatapos ng 30 years aslong as dmo bebenta shares mo?
medyo na confused din ako sa question mo. hehe sige, ill try my best, gawan ko to ng video..
Good afternoon sir
average dividend is 2-3% we can assume 2.5% which means u need 50m approx to get 100k monthly
with those numbers. tama ung calculation mo. =)
@@TiyoPilo ano po formula non 😁
How about making a video kung retire ka na. what is the idea withdrawal per month na hindi ka matatakot na maubusan ka ng fund if hahaba pa buhay ng individual?
nice suggestion.. will add this in the pipeline. =)
advisable po ba mag invest agad sa global market pag begginer palang sa field like etoro? wala po akong idea kung ano at pano mag open ng broker for philippine stock market, since andito po ako sa uae. thats why Im planing to invest sa global market
as long as u study it well. thu medyo mas volatile ung global markets. baka ma shock ka and experience mag down ang value ng investments mo like 20-30%..
due diligence, invest what u can afford to lose
The best
