I am so grateful for your videos, Michelle. I had trigger finger on my right hand and healed it using your conservative techniques. However, I have Parkinson's Disease which makes me prone to curling toes and fingers. I got trigger finger on my left hand and the middle finger locked and I was unable to correct it without feeling like I was breaking my finger. I had surgery after trying all of your methods and seeing a PT. I would love a video about how to effectively recover after surgery. Thanks again for all of your great information. I use your videos for wrist and shoulder exercises and it has been SO helpful with the tight muscles caused by PD. Jim in Oregon

I am thankful to have found your videos! I had trigger thumb for about 5 months. I didn't go to a doctor. I did the exercises you recommended and it is almost fully functional again. Thanks!!

I had trigger finger in all 8 fingers….not in thumbs, however thankfully eventually went, with higher dosing on turmeric and joint formula, this was 2.5 years ago, then 4 weeks ago it returned in just one finger, having Moxa treatment when visiting my chiropractor…
Taking more calcium magnesium and turmeric capsules {all organic} I take no medications for anything…Thank you.

This is all new to me, this thumb pain and snapping. Thanks for the guidance, explanation, and exercises. I have an appt w/a hand specialist but not until 8/22/23, so more than a month away. This gives me something to work on in the meantime and to relieve pain. Just ordered the splint. In the meantime, tape feels really good!

2 years ago I started a new job and after a few months I had stage 4 trigger finger on ALL my fingers and I had to take 1 and a half months of sick leave and quit the job. I went on sick leave when one of my fingers locked and after two days of complete rest all the others locked as well. I didn't know what it was very hard for me because all my fingers were splinted straight for a month before they took the splints off. It was like 3 months before all the symptoms went away.

I have the mild to moderate trigger finger. I do your exercises, splint, and live a healthy, conscious lifestyle. I have a very experienced massage therapist who works the tendons way down in my palm ( I don't know all the correct terms), this has also been extremely helpful toward my recovery. I avoid the medical and surgical routes. I am extremely healthy as a result.

I have three fingers on my right hand, middle ring and pinky that have mild symptoms. On the left the ring and pinky are mild but the thumb is more serious. I’ve seen my doctor and a physio. Might be coming from my neck. CT scan is being arranged. The symptoms aren’t getting any worse but not better either.

Unfortunately I have not had any success with it when tried alone but maybe in combination with several other conservative treatments. But that makes it hard to say.

Hello there! I think I have a trigger finger on my right hand ring finger. I'm going to schedule an appointment with a physiotherapist and ask him about it, but I've been reading about it a lot and I read that in many cases trigger finger corrects itself. Is that true? And most importantly, once you get trigger finger are you stuck with it forever or can you resolve it for good (either with surgery or whatever else is needed)?

I have seen endocrinologists claim that it is their opinion that trigger fingers are virtually always a manifestation of metabolic syndrome. It seems like a reasonable intervention to look for and treat. Always a good idea to not be part of the 80% of N Americans whom are metabolically unwell. So whether it is a ketogenic diet, plant based diet or other plan to get weight, triglycerides BP and insulin levels down into normal range.

i use plastic pvc water pipe, grinding it to that shape... cut or use fire heat to adjust the size, like ordinary ring.
