I also have the a7iv and just ordered this camera and lens combo. The a7iv is just too heavy to take everywhere, hoping this will compare to the sony 20mm 1.8 I was using on the a7iv.
video is good but you don't need gimbal to shot standing still videos. when you walk, follow then only it makes sense. So, this video doesn't show how good gimbal is
You are the person I need, if you had to decide between 11mm and 35mm, which one would you choose... I need to buy one, but I don't know if the 11mm should be very close to the person or the 35mm would have to go much back to record a half-length shot, imagine a scenario where you finish interviewing the model (I use the FX9) and then she tells me to record her dress, accessories and details of the dress... what do you think is the better for detailing the dress part the 11mm or the 35mm ... thank you for any input

I have two questions: 1) Did you test the wireless focus wheel? If so, how does it work because there is no focus wheel to install on the camera lens. 2) when you shoot, do you work the focus in manual ?

Get the 35mm
11 mmm for small spaces and must doing distortion adjust in PP. Sony 15mm F1,4 better for everyday wide shooting. 35mm good too. You have to studying.
Is it normal for the gimbal to seem a bit wobbly? Doesn’t hold up for long, maybe I need to adjust it better
