WORK TA-5857 Turbo Upgrade for 1986-87 Buick Grand National/T-Type/TTA

In this video I will be going over the features of our WORK TA-5857 Buick Turbocharger Upgrade. This turbo is our modern version of the venerable TA-49. The modern compressor aero gives this turbo quick spool and more efficiency for higher boost pressures and lower charge air temps...in short, more power!

Does the turbine wheel have a lower blade count and taller blades than the original? Or how is it different? Just curious.

These units get our 57mm turbine upgrade, which is a 10 bladed wheel that is patterned after the venerable T31 high flow, or Stage 3 as most would know it. We have also have a 9 bladed version that will be released here next week for my customers that are wanting to take advantage of some new cam technology for the Buick.
