God, it was hard. But changing Steward on Ifrit, Arene on SilverAsh and instead of one defender picking Surtr really helped me. Finally this event can be closed, thanks, Kyo!
ALL I JUST WANNA SAY IS THANK YOU KYOSAMA!this stage is really hard for me because of some dp problems...but with your guide it makes it a little bit less harder than before...a lot of thanks...this guides really is a big help for us dokutah's out there👍
Here we go, this was the one. I kept getting so damn close, something was just missing. You gave me the inspiration I needed to adjust this strategy for my team. Now I can forget this map existed.
Note that Beagle's + Eyja's position against the prisoner is very tricky, if you miss it and the entire map is enraged then the bottom lane will steamroll you.
This part murdered me like 5 times. I ended up having to swap Silverash in for arene, and just not use his skill prior to that moment. Allows you to start Ejya early and kill the big brute and her 3 brawlers, and let the other 3 be taken care of by Silverash. The timing is absolutely frame perfect otherwise. Tenths of a second can cause you to fail.
Thank you so fucking much for this guide. I've been struggling to adjust it for my comp but it worked out in the end. Love your content, you're amazing, keep it up and thank you so much for helping f2p players.
Thank you Kyo for helping me with this final stage. I could do every stage other than MB-EX-8 and struggled on this for so long. I tried a different guide but the timing was too tight. Though after watching this video and with a bit of improvisation I barely managed to pass the stage with the help of Eyja.
Woot! just beat this with your help! Many thanks! Advice to others trying to do the same: Myrtle or Elysium can take Courier's place. Do I really have to say how good Surtr is here? I didn't think so. W with S3 was absolutely shreds those guys in the middle row, if you get the timing right, ( if you or a friend have her at E2). Ifrit was a bad choice for the non-challenge-mode when you are trying to stall, but she's really great here. I'd advise to put her on the top row, but that depends on the rest of your team. Eunectes S3 is also really good for holding that last big guy (Beagle's job here), but not strictly necessary. Nightingale's S3 is probably better than Ptilopsis's S2 here, as this will allow her to reach Steward and Beagle if needed.
OK, I struggled with this one a lot because I could not get the timing down on Beagle/stun/Eyja. I subbed Courier for an E2 Myrtle, Click for Amiya, Steward for Ifrit, Arene for Mignight, Spot for Saria E2, Perfumer for Ptilopsis E2, and Beagle for Orchid. Because Ifrit would kill the bottom row before they could move, I could retreat Arene/Midnight sooner, and deployed Orchid facing up in the bottom left spot(below the 2 exit gates). Her slow was just enough to delay the big guy so Eyja could kill both him and the Brawlers. Orchid was out of range of Jesselton, so she couldnt be stunned or take damage. I had enough time for Orchid to pop her skill, but she had help from Ptilopsis. Earthspirit at E1 has slightly weaker damage, but her skill should charge faster. Kyo, thank you for helping me get my first full medal set. Good luck everyone else!
Thank you very much for all of the guides. W and her S3 performed beautifully for this and made up for my M0 Eyja by taking out most of the braves enemies on her own. Bagpipe also did really well with providing the DPS Eyja was missing to take out the last legendary wrecking ball enemy, although I had to redo the mission for this one.
I was wrong to doubt the one true lord of Arknights. After several different videos and several different team comps...I should have just stayed and watched the only one I needed.
I subbed Eyja for Surtr S3 (I had M2 at the time but it's probably doable with Lvl7) for killing the big guys up top and used an ST Sniper and an AoE Sniper to clear the middle pen (Elysium also helped with cost). I got the trim conditions with this strat, too
Done it on the first try all thanks to your guidance I was attempting this for at least a good 6 hours before I gave up... man really appreciate Kyo as always~!
Firstly: thanks Secondly: a Thirdly: TON for the guides you keep making. They help me out immensely...although, I almost always try to replace low-stars with more powerful counterparts and end up putting a dent in my DP bank, which breaks the flow, and I have to improvise on the fly. Fun times nonetheless. "It's not essential to follow steps perfectly" - with the stalling and timing? Sure is :D Or else... I forgot to use the device at 5:05 and Jeston managed to walk past Mousse after the stun, he ended up standing on top of her and got pushed to the right side when she recovered. No biggie. The biggie was using Saria (S3) instead of Spot: Jeston-1 melted into oblivion (Saria + Eyja) before the upper lane caster died, triggering Awakened Apocalypse. Poor Imprisonment Device fell victim to the caster real fast, and Saria eventually fell victim to Jeston-2, but I managed to stall him using Cuora until Ifrit - the Delete button for the bottom lane - could be redeployed. On one hand, not using the device was a screw-up. On the other hand, it might be what saved me from itself: since Jeston turned his attention to Saria, the twin-tailed feline could continue chipping in by scratching (and ATK-debuffing) Jeston-2 with impunity ^_^ I have a question: when you said "you need a good vanguard", what was implied by the word "good", exactly? What confuses me is that you only use Courier to stall once at 5:50 and at that point you have two defenders on standby (granted, you use Cuora elsewhere right after, but the Support one, Bison, is there), aside from that he seems to be just a DP battery. DO YOU THINK Myrtle would be "good" enough for that vanguard spot?
lmao the devs just didnt wanna add any crazy gimmick on this last stage and made the challenge mode literally identical to the normal mode with just an addition to 1 enemy cuz its already pretty difficult

Not sure if they changed something but 5:13, even if you stun the big guy, he'll still free the prisoners after the 3rd attack regardless of his flashing buckle. I said screw it and popped ejya asap when the guy came through. Had an e1s2 Surtr and Ceobe bot the entire round and never removed them. Took care of the boxers easily. I dont know what is going on. Jesselton keeps stunning the defender that has to block the last big guy, he then just walks past that defender and out of Eyja's range. The flashlight is still on cooldown from before when that happens... Argh
maybe your defender was too close to jeston since he stun the most recently deployed operator IN his range (about 2.5 tiles) and the one blocking him when he is blocked

Actually i used a no brain move with surtr and schwarz to burst down jeston and then rosmontis with s3 killed the rest... also for the bottom lane i solved with ifrit xD
if casters gone berserk that's means the big guy or jeston freed them (which means you killed the big guy too slow / killed jeston too fast) , if defenders gone berserk means they attacked four times and freed themselves or big guy/jeston freed them
The fucking problem is seeing if the fucking red collars on the prisoners necks are blinking red because of all of the shit going else on screen. It obscures the collars and I can't see if they are gonna get triggered. Then its back to the Home Screen since I failed.
Came here to watch how you complete, see eyjafjalla, "Nope, I'm reluctant with using 6 stars this time around." Even so, this does open up my head to other kind of strats for this map.
@@kennethmatthew4038 how are you doing fellow dector? I passed this stage finaly after 30 more training plans, trying other strategies and operator placing+skills. What changed the game is S3 on Amiya on bottom held to final wave and this big guy is not blocked at all, I gust activate Eija when he comes closer to boss. Yes there more than 3 boxers left after Eyja finish her skill, but my Thorns still on place with his skill on and Amija S3 helps delete all on bot while he tank. if casters gone berserk that's means the big guy or jeston freed them (which means you killed the big guy too slow / killed jeston too fast) , if defenders gone berserk means they attacked four times and freed themselves or big guy/jeston freed them
The fucking problem is seeing if the fucking red collars on the prisoners necks are blinking red because of all of the shit going else on screen. It obscures the collars and I can't see if they are gonna get triggered. Then its back to the Home Screen since I failed.
tried using skadi e2-ed as subtitute to mousse
she's too strong, killed jess and trigger the caster -__-
Kyo your right jeston really weak because because he have bad def and he have weakness that is he really easy to stun
Came here to watch how you complete, see eyjafjalla,
"Nope, I'm reluctant with using 6 stars this time around."
Even so, this does open up my head to other kind of strats for this map.
nope, this not work for me, last wave fucks up everything, or big guy on 5:00, spent all practice plans for 2 days and no result
Same..the big guy timing is so tight..3 days left, fellow doctor..hope we can get full medal 😀
On top there more tight, but 3 healers, spare 2-3 tanks and 2 mages do the trick.
can i replace arene with midnight or frostleaf?
