Which was actualy quite a lot back then. Either way, it was actually everywhere, from radios to tv ads and all sorts atleast in the U.K.
UA-cam wasn't that big back then and she is only popular in the UK. The UK doesn't really have that big of a music industry so the viewership figures for British singers who get fame inside the UK only don't get that much music video views. It doesn't matter though as this song was everywhere back in 2011/2012 in the UK and still gets played today.
