- Here's an inside tour of my $25,000 month Penthouse in Downtown LA! As far as the features, it comes with: 4 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, and it is 4,000 Square Feet overlooking all of Los Angeles. This place is super comfortable, spacious and the view is unbeatable!
What's good guys! I wanted to come through on this Saturday and give you guys a tour of my place. I've done a few trading videos recently so I felt it was okay to do one about my life! This is where I currently live. I actually just got another one as a PURE office space, so we'll do an update tour with the TWO Penthouses in about 3-4 weeks.
On another note. I want to make a video soon about multiple streams of income, and the different streams I have. This is why it's always good to have multiple! When you rely on just one, you can live life of course and be fine. But when you have about 5-6 different streams, it makes living more fun! I implore you all to have fun in life. Be the best trader you can be but also add another stream of income. Freelance. UA-cam about video games or beauty. Something! So not only do you have money for living, you're able to save extra to invest in certain things with the appropriate risk appetite, but you're also able to take a vacation with your family and show them a good time.

For everyone commenting: For $25,000 a month, I would just get a house. Yes, YOU would just get a house lol. This is my UA-cam channel and my video and my life. Eventually, the goal is to get a house but with a Penthouse, we personally love the convenience it provides. We have the highest and best view in all of Los Angeles, our cars are valeted, we don't grocery shop as they have a service that does it for us, they have a housekeeping service that comes and cleans 2-4x a week, and we don't have to deal with fixing things when things break (maintenance issues/shower breaking/pips bursting/AC not working, none of that). Just a simple phone call to the maintenance department and its fixed within hours. We also don't have to worry about cutting the grass and more. So while yes, EVENTUALLY we plan on getting a house, being 26 years old --- a Penthouse serves me better. It's $300,000 a year. Which isn't much. We wouldn't spend 300k on a house because we desire something bigger. The houses Bay and I want start at 5 million. So until we're ready to have a baby & expand our family & spend millions on a house, we'll chill in our PH & enjoy the convenience and city life. Eventually, we'll move to the suburbs. But don't judge. Whatever you guys do with your money, that's what you do. And vice versa. We're all different! Love you guys.
This literally is my goal. Just one tenth of this is what i'm aspiring to reach. My trading is getting better day by day and i see myself improving. This year is gonna be it.

Whatever! I wanted to make sure I was a trader, but also a businessman/entrepreneur, but also a UA-camr, but also someone who has an apparel company & a Canvas company. I love all of them individually and that's the power of having multiple streams of income! A PH like this is achievable. It's achievable with one stream, but when you have multiple, you're able not worry as much! That's why I advise all of my subscribers to do what they can now in difference areas so they can try and give theirselves the best chance to live the life they want! Because there's NO guarantee in this life. All you can do is give yourself a good chance. Hell, there's no guarantee that I'll live here next year, or I find something else I'm passionate about. Who knows! Just keep taking it day by day and God will take care of the rest.
