Love the space you let the apartment speaks for itself. Some ppl that do these kind of videos go in with too much fire energy and this just felt nicer. So thank you ☺️👌
It's not actually a penthouse, it's like all the others and not part of the roof. And it's small. Sure the views are good but there are other high rise apartments in LA and they never command such a premium. This is like 5x market price? what are they thinking.
I was eating at a burger place on Wilshire Blvd located on the first floor of a big apartment building. Just for laughs, I visited their website to check the rents. A small one-bedroom apt was renting for $5K. Unbelievable. Welcome to overpriced Los Angeles. I think I now know why several of my friends have left L.A. for Nevada, Arizona and Texas.
Love the Amenities....it has a lot of Space to Enjoy events or Have a Gathering. The views is my favorite...😀 I Can't even Imagine what it will look like at night!! Thank you for the Tour Darren, Living Space is what sets it Apart from a house...but I really like this one. Very nice..❤
I was expecting something more for penthouse not sure why it just seemed like a normal top floor apartment, West LA best thing about the location is the drive to Malibu beach isnt that far and the Brentwood area is nice, I mean if madge can live there rest of us could haha. If you spent alot of your time in near downtown areas, then west LA would be a chore to drive. One aspect of the Apt I liked was that Bathroom nice and big shower, baths are overated and the facilities (Gym Pool,Cafe). The Balcony yes you'd be on watch all the time if you had visitors with kids. But undeniable the views are spectactular and on nice warm day the apt would feel nice and hey you can sunbake on the balcony.
Damn l love the amities that gym was massive & I'm definitely into that fish tank but what set things off for me was the VIEWS NO DOUBT that's whats up Darren
Not even if they gave free bjs every day might as well start buying a house for that kinda of money not even if I had them money would be pendejo enough to pay that amount ….
That was a short video. I thought you are going to have a long one. You are really shooting high on this one. I'm not so much of a fan of the high rise. I'm afraid I tumbling down if something happens to me. It gives me headaches and dizziness. You can't bet the sunset and the view up there but I rather like to stay on the lower ground and enjoy the not-so-enjoyable view there.
Lol that is not a penthouse in any regard. Low end appliances and looks like an ordinary apartment. That not even worth half of the asking price per month.
Bro is mad that normal people can see how overpriced this small apartment room is unless you're born super rich. Thanks for the tour, I will not like and subscribe.
I have seen a lot of tours in la and NYC, this is a rip off, everything is small and it looks a little basic. However I’m not surprised considering it’s west Los Angeles.
I am Canadian, I don’t usually see things this fancy here in Calgary unless it is on top some hidden hill, it is also unusual that I live in a wealthy neighbourhood in low income housing while in a brand new apartment which is different.
Hmm all im jearing is basically 30k for the views for that 30k a month i could be paying for a house , that fridge sealed the deal for me this place aint worth 39k a month ive seen other videos with better views for less and more space
This is just dumb. Only people who are going to pay this are people who are NOT from California and have never experienced an earthquake. I guarantee you, that the very first time whoever gets this place experiences and earthquake in this place will leave the very next day.
These views were insane!! Great home tour Darren!
Thank you Tommy!! I could've stayed there all night!!
Finally i got to know about Darren
History search completed 🎉
Great video!!! Views is everything!!

30,000 a month to live in a office building on Wilshire Blvd is a HECk NO for me.
Yeah.. because we broke a$$ ....🤣🤣🤣
This is for the penthouse. Lower units are probably in the $10,000 range.
30,000? What are you smoking. Little secret….nobody is moving in. Suck it

Glad you like this one! A nice gathering in the amenities would be fantastic! At night with the city lights woooooow
@@DarrenKriz this video needs the night views too :(
Great for entertainment. Nice tour Darren. ✨
So call a basic apartment a penthouse and now it's worth thirty thousand dollars, ridiculous
honestly, LA has a lot of dope views, and dope apartments for around half the price, why pay 20k, 4.5-8k is reasonable.
no pool use after dark? TF??

the views are everything as well as it being brand new 2022!
Beautiful apartment, no oppressive black and dark brown, finally, but relaxing and calming white wood and software colors.
glad you like it!
@@DarrenKriz thank you for sharing!
Hi sorry to ask does the apartment comes with the furnitures?
Damn l love the amities that gym was massive & I'm definitely into that fish tank but what set things off for me was the VIEWS NO DOUBT that's whats up Darren
The balcony is what sets it off to me
it's wild being up there
You get similar apartment in Bangkok form a more luxurious house with better amenities for couple thousand dollars.
Are you sure about the 1300sqft? that layout looks like their 1700 size. Not that it justifies the price :)
This is the information that management gave me. Maybe you're adding in the bacony space!
Such a beautiful space with a dream view 🤩 miss U LA 🥲
Is that balcony railing the legal height?
it is but very scary
Good job.
Those views and the glass walls at sunset: worth it.
exactly!
Nice
I’m planning to move to Las Angeles When I’m 24 years old. This seems like the perfect place for me to live in.
10k max
Fair price so far. Nice views. But views are something for holidays. For me not neccessary in my normal life.
Solair?

dont get me wrong fam I had a 2 bed 2 bath for 2500 USD in Toronto just like that I mean wtf
why is the building empty
they invited me to tour it before anyone else

top floor penthouse that rented out quick so guess it's not overpriced

Good video, Darren, but it would have only taken you about 5 seconds to hide that mic wire hanging out of your shirt. Just sayin'...
5 seconds too long :(

nice... hope it comes with a beautiful wife and a 7 figure salary job...
barely worth $3000 a month rent.
Negative little person…..

NOT a penthouse, it is a small 2-bedroom on the top floor.
There's nothing penthouse about this unit. The views are great but the primary bedroom is the same size you would find in a regular apartment
Darren, 30K a month? Seriously? for that? I'll pass
I prefer UK English 🇬🇧
its too small
Hmm all im jearing is basically 30k for the views for that 30k a month i could be paying for a house , that fridge sealed the deal for me this place aint worth 39k a month ive seen other videos with better views for less and more space
No way that is $3,600,000 a year.
try that math again
😅

Wrong!! Our skyrise are on rollers you barely feel them
@@stardel for real? How it works?
This is either a joke or a poorly thought out publicity stunt. No one would pay even a tenth of $30,000 for that cracker box.
What would you say are top high-rise buildings in LA?
