- Here is an inside tour of the 2 Penthouses I've been living in and working from since being here in Los Angeles! When you combine both spaces, it's pretty massive. 7,000 Sq Feet, 7 Bds, 9 Baths. On it's own, it's 4,000 Sq. Feet and 3,000 Sq. Feet. Before you guys kill me like y'all did in the last video... understand, WE ARE MOVING TO DALLAS, TX. Period, end of story. We are moving in a few weeks! I just wanted to give you guys one final tour of both penthouses since I've never done it before, and update you on my original Penthouse since there's been so many changes.

Just like I said in my last tour video.... I want to make a video soon about multiple streams of income, and the different streams I have. This is why it's always good to have multiple! When you rely on just one, you can live life of course and be fine. But when you have about 5-6 different streams, it makes living more fun! I implore you all to have fun in life. Be the best trader you can be but also add another stream of income. Freelance. UA-cam about video games or beauty. Something!
So not only do you have money for living, you're able to save extra to invest in certain things with the appropriate risk appetite, but you're also able to take a vacation with your family and show them a good time. For me aside from trading, it's UA-cam, my day trading academy, merchandise, and more. Always have multiple streams! Especially if you're good at it and it provides value to others. Figure out what that may be for you! Love you all!
