In a civil suit
It is a registered will . On the death of testator in 1991 .Two beneficiaries brothers . Took possession of their share after sighning an Affidavit drafted by an advocate . The will was probated . The n during 2014 one party gave DIFFERANT interpretation for the will and filed a suit that partion is not over . Both are paying property tax water charges EB for their respective portions . Now it is in court . When a will is there the court has called for witness.AWill is a written statement and what is the need for witnesses. Very confusing
