Sir, some property purchase On dated 10/12/1940 through sale deed in name of minor name and his mother name.After attaing age Major property became name of his.and mother share also became through registered batwara and registered bill,vasiyat on dated 4/3/1996.after mother death 11/4/1996 entire this property became name of son . After 82 year latter other family members file partition suit in the year 2022 . which is Bar Of limitation or not. This property divided or not. Kindly explain,and advice for this ruling. Application proposed under order 7 rule 11, which is pending in trial Court.
He is a legal luminary. He should become CJ of India. When n.v.Ramana became CJ, why not lordship Aravind Kumar. His entire family will be proud of him.no body can mislead him.
