All maruti cars are comparatively light weight which reduces traction nd therefore ability to climb.

I had fun in a situation like this, all cars struggled with front wheels spinning. Mine is a Jeep Compass 4x4, a piece of cake for me, lol. People were ready to see me stuck but tough luck for them.

Whever the truck is stuck downhill, why do they put barrier in front of the wheel? Is it because the driver can not shift his right leg from leg brake to accelerator fast enough, after putting in the reverse gear? I am a new driver, and hence, like to know more about it.
Maybe it's because they have heavy load that's why for a safer side they put rocks
That is also a reason and the other being what if the brake fails? Keeping an object will ensure that the truck doesn't roll over.
