I once worked in a shop where they didnt use skin desinfectant liquid for their hands before they start tattooing & I was the only guy who bought it.. like wtf!? another thing that was gross was the woman who cleaned the shop. once I looked how she cleanes the room and with the same sponge that she wiped the floor and the shelves she also cleaned the station !!! so I told her she should not clean my station anymore :D :D so thanks for your videos guys. education on hygene is important when it comes to tattooing
thats true not just the studio cleaner but u can have this problems with ur dirty collegues who using ur stuffs for fast way but in the dirty way i dont want to say them dont touch my stuffs cuz they are my friends on work room but guys if u dont want to learn better stop tattooing and go find another job
Great tips and so much to 👀 out for (it's so true, once you go on a health & hygiene or infection prevention & control awareness course... There's no turning 🔙 you notice everything). I'm lucky the shop I got inked are very clean and professional.
Great stuff. Unfortunately we took the long way most of people we work with are self thought and very stubborn on their old ways. It is a great thing that now we have all the courses and seminars
i remember a story with a dentist many years before on the coil machines time one dentist write me if i can go to tattoo him on his dentist clinic after work because he was too bussy and i say him i will come when i was free so it was long time i dont move from my studio and when i prepare my stuffs fast and i go i see one of my grips of 3 or for coil machines dont looks totally clear and i ask the dentist may he have any autoclave sterilisator and he say u can find this on toilet i go there and when i open the autoclave i see here many tools who the dentist work and i see he sterilised the small thing he remove the nervs from the tooth but i think this small tool cost no more than 40 50 cent and supposed to be one time used man when i see that i was afraid to go on the dentist to fix my tooths
@@TattooShopTalk not all i cant say all the dentists are bad but i hate when the peoples work for the money not for the passion so they are not careful about quality hygienne they just want to finish fast and take the money i aggry with the guy who say i learn by my mistakes i also make mistakes when i start on this time we dont have internet to inform so we just know to change the needle and to sterilized the grips is all but to make this mistakes now is terrible no one born with all informations in the head so i feel good when i hear the truth 🙏
I worked for a guy who will never work again because I had to rat him out to local health board and I'm no rat. But this guy was all up on the pills and at the end of the night this dude didn't even cleanup his booth. We came back in early on a Saturday for a super busy day. He's getting ready to tattoo this woman and thank got I peaked in cuz this dude was rinsing his tube tip to free up the dry ink and was gonna use the same needle on her. I was like no fucking way. I told her. Slapped him silly. Kicked him out of the shop which I didn't even own. The lady was so cool though. She helped me caution tape his booth shut which for the rest of the day clients thought it was a joke. We called the authorities and he lost his licence for life. She could of sank the whole shop but she kept quiet and to this day I'm still one her tattooers. Gotta wonder how many people he gave hepatitis to or aids and shit like that. I made it a point to tell everyone in his book to get checked out. He caught quite a few beatings after that and move to another state where he was also reported by me.
I was on vacation and I felt the need to get a small tat at the mall. I know, don't laugh. She did the tat decent, but towards the end she turned to dip her needle and her dreads dragged all across my freshly open wound.
Did anyone notice that he is talking about cross contamination, with a seran wrapped fresh tattoo that he is touching and touching other things around him. Shit still leaks out from the bottom and top of a seran wrapped piece!!!
I worked for a guy that finished work for the night and just left out his whole setup. The next day I witnessed him as he was going to just use the same setup, needle bar all stuck with dried ink. I was like holy shit. I told his client, slapped him in the head and quit. He ultimately lost the shop. I mean how fucking lazy can you be. I also witnessed him bag shit up but never run it through the auto valve. I tried as hard as I could to find and alert his client base to go get checked for diseases. The walk ins who knows. The kid was a great artist but really fucked in the head. When your doing shit like that on purpose you should be charged with a crime. Its so easy. If you make sure you take care of yourself it automatically ends up keeping client safe and clean. One day I worked and I had some itchy mosquito bites. I changed gloves every time I had to scratch. Its the most gloves I ever went through...Lmfao, But I remained safe and clean and so did my client. Its all common sense. You take a shit and you wipe your ads. Like clockwork. Same thing with your setup. It should be second nature to work clean. Cheers.
You guys are hilarious! Right on the money thou hey,, stoked to have found this channel today

Wow. That's absolutely crazy
Not changing out your gloves is just frugal xD

Iespaidīgi, ņemot verā cik daudz informācija ir pieejama par tas kas ir kas

Great story. I hope there are not many juicy tattoos that those dreadlocks have touched
stop touching things...touch yourself 😂😂😂
And that is absolute truth
Did anyone notice that he is talking about cross contamination, with a seran wrapped fresh tattoo that he is touching and touching other things around him. Shit still leaks out from the bottom and top of a seran wrapped piece!!!
That's great example right there. I'm glad you noticed
Yes I noticed, I’ve been tattooing for 20 years! I’ve seen it all brother!!
What if I touch my face and didn’t even notice?
Then you should pay more attention to things you don't notice
i like to wrap my customers in barrier wrap. let them breath through a straw.
I know - that was the best but since them new paper straws it's not going so well for us.
needle was the shit (c) ❤
Thank god u cut those beards 😅🤙✌️
Very good! Sub and like!
Thank you sir

Ever heard a Tattooist say another Tattooist is too an🌟l about hygiene in a tattoo studio 😂 scary enough I have
I am not really sure what you said but it seems positive
Not bad for a white guy!
Oh you
