Man you are not joking. That lever better be All the way down!! I was 1 tooth off upon reinstall and not only would locker not engage, I would get a god awful POP when I would turn off the locker! Luckily when I put actuator on correctly all is well. Thanks for your video!!
Glad i could help. I've used it now on some pretty tough stuff and it's been great.
Thanks for taking the extra time to make this video. I’ve been waiting for someone to. After seeing this I feel I can pull it off!
Just take your time and you'll be fine. Make sure the timing is right on the actuator. Good luck. Let me know if you have any questions.
Great info my friend- You save others so much time. Note - "Shift Fork Pin too big"- I have dealt with similar problem my whole life, it has cost me many girlfriends.
Lol.
Reminds me of most upgrades or working on things. Something almost always breaks or isn't as straight forward as the instructions make it out to be!😅
I don't know man, the way aftermarket "accessories" go for KRXs sometimes, you may have took out a good part and replaced it with something lesser...
I agree on most parts. This was a piece of mind upgrade though. I am hard on this machine.
Ok a couple dumb questions for you. Where does the shim go on the bolt? On the backside of the shifter or between the shifter and the bolt head? Also how tight did you tighten that bolt back down? Super tight or just snug?
Sorry for the delayed response, I’ve been out of town. The shim goes behind the head in between the bolt head and actuator. I just snugged it up. Don’t over tighten it.
