My parents house is landed house near LRT putra heights, i've been living here for almost 20 years already but moved out cos I'm married and work in KL. Generally I like the quietness of putra heights + convenience of having walking distance to LRT. I always get the first seat in LRT and sleep for 1 hour before arriving to KL lol I love the location but with our landed house, a lot of money need to fork out to fix the house for maintenance. So if youre planning to buy subsale, do take into account the cost for fixing those.
Quiet and serene place, 2 degrees lower temperature than usj at night based on car outside temp indicator but now spoilt by so many high density developments
Putra Heights is neither here nor there, for the price better to invest and make your money work harder in so many other options in Puchong, Subang Jaya, etc
Crazy how some peoples houses can have a master suite bigger then this entire unit. That just shows the wealth gap between the normal people and the rich and the fact that they can squeeze in so many rooms is amazing

I been eying this very long but it is too much low density that it will inflate the maintained. Second the new building serasi will be completed at 2026 which will add up to current congestion. That why it is a no no. Putra heights used to be a serine place but now it is becoming compact.
But the facilities are rather minimal and simple, but I do like it's located away from the Serasi side of development hehe:) Definitely for own use only.
Cant agree more. Cheaper project can get better window😂. Plus, personally I think the price also is not competitive at all, or is it just me not ubderstanding the premium of low dense?😂

The windows are ridiculously small. Looks like bathroom toilet size only. Such a wastage project. No proper ventilation whenever in room.
