I can't believe how easy it is to make these! I recently found your channel and excited that I did because I'm mediocre at cooking and could totally find new inspiration! Awesome!!

That's so great to hear! Let us know if you make any of the dishes. We'd love to hear how they turn out.

At 59 y/o, I just had mussels for the first time last night. O M G As a seafood lover, I so wish I had not been chicken for so long - they were FABULOUS. So now, my next outing will be specifically for mussels. Thanks!!

I live in NE Ohio. I've never cooked or had mussels before. Would frozen mussels be okay to use? If not, where would be a good place to get mussels? I've always wanted to try them but not sure I'd like them.

Tough, dry, over cooked, dead, opened, cracked, all mussels are good unless they are rotting. I just had almost 2 kilos of “bad mussels” yesterday but they looked at tasted great!

Why the HECK are mussels served in the shells? You have to take them one by one open, pry, eat each one. Like shrimp with heads still on

Oh the process is sublime. I use the shell to slurp the broth like a spoon.

Do people actually put some thought into behaving "rustic" when they prepare food??... 🧐🤔🤨😏
