    I’ve had rotator cuff surgery on 5/17/20. Also bicep tendons inside shoulder plus bone impingement. I’m at 8 weeks and my shoulder still is tight, painful, limited motion. I’m going to PT 3 times a week and doing my stretching at home. I’m still sleeping in a chair. If your thinking of shoulder surgery don’t do it. Find another way to heal. It sucks.
