NFL is shown regularly on TV in Brazil, and I know a number of Brazilians who watch NFL. Combined with recently built/upgraded stadiums across the country from the 2014 World Cup, and the NFL has a great chance to host a game at Arena da Amazônia in Manaus. LOL. But being more serious, it would have to be at the Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro.
not trying to be that annoying guy, but the nfl should come to brazil we have a couple of nice stadiums: allianz park, neo química arena, morumbi and maracanã not to mention that the football market here is quite big and we'd definitely fill up a 50k-60k capacity stadium
I would add Murrayfield in Edinburgh if you want to expand the game in the UK, and the Waldstadion in Frankfurt. Both are former NFL Europe stadiums as well. Frankfurt Galaxy was a rare case where tens of thousands would actually go to home games. Maybe Montreal's Stade Olympique? They need to pay for that new roof somehow.
Australia is pretty much possible. Especially with the rise of Jordan Maliata with the Eagles, this should be used as an opportunity by the league to expand their marketing. But it bugs me how we'd be likely to get our first NFL game before the NBA one. Given basketball is much bigger here lmao
The main issue would be finding a time slot to suit both American and Australian audiences...there's a 15, 16, or 17-hour time difference between Chicago and Melbourne (depending on time of year), for example.
The 'G is an interesting proposal, though I think it would be more suited at Stadium Australia. Admittedly it is 20k less than the 'G, the stadium configuration would be more better at Stadium Australia, not to mention how mad they are for Rugby League in Sydney and the similarities between Rugby League and American Football. Not knocking Melbourne, though, since they are mad about sport down there too
As an AFL fan, ANZ is actually a better option since it’d take up the full field and since there’s also been a game played there before. Also Sydney is more well known to the world than Melbourne. I mean have you ever seen Melbourne in a Hollywood movie. Would be cool to see a NFL game at the G tho. Would be cool to see NFL on a field that is the home of AFL and Cricket
@@OldFossil I'll admit I am a primarily Aussie Rules fan myself. I just know from Super League/NRL games at Adelaide Oval (before upgrade) and one International Rules match the 'G the rounder venues do have their drawbacks, especially if you are at ground level. @@lynxraide definitely, nobody wants their view blocked by advertising. A big NRL would do the trick just fine. ANZ hosted NFL preseason once in the 2000s I think
As Spanish, I can tell you that NFL market is quite large here. By the way, Barcelona Dragons first played at the Olympic Stadium, in 2003 they played at Mini Estadi (Mini Stadium) which was FCB property (said stadium doen't exist anymore)
The same with Germany!!! The EFL will also play a big factor if they do well. But the first place should clearly be Germany. - Most fans in Europe - Probably the strongest American football leagues in Europe GFL1 / GFL2 - The strongest teams in Europe - Strong youth teams -> potential for the future - Great football history Teams like: -> New Yorker Lions with most GFL Championships -> Düsseldorf Panther the oldest active club with the 2 most GFL Championships Or teams from NFL Europe: Rhine Fire, Berlin Thunder or Frankfurt Galaxy with the first EFL Championship - Headquarters of the EFL -> currently still with clear German dominance - Central location in Europe - Larger share of Americans (soldiers in particular) etc... But Spain would definitely be very cool too!!!
NFL should seriously consider bringing a game to Brazil. There's is a somewhat large fanbase and we have plenty of stadiums that were built for the World Cup that would be suitable. A game being played in Maracanã would certainly sell out.
Other suggestions: Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund: Cool design and can hold up to 80,000. Color scheme is black and yellow making it an ideal spot for a Steelers game. Stade Velodrome in Marseille: holds up to 61K and has the appeal of novelty Principality Stadium in Cardiff: holds 70k+ and you could have the Welsh fans sing the National Anthem a capella (Seriously, look up a video of Welsh fans singing their national anthem in that stadium before a rugby match. It will give you chills.)
As a big NFL fan from Melbourne, Australia I have thought for years that Id love to see an official regular season NFL game at the MCG. Hell I'd take a pre-season game for starters! They had an NFL pre season game or 2 in Sydney in the early 2000's; but nothing since. Hopefully that changes!
Agreed, I love the design of Allianz Arena. Really stands out in the stadium world. Even better at night when it lights up though my favorite remains the Bird's Nest Stadium in Beijing because come on, that thing's a GEM. I'd love to see an NFL game in a unique venue like that one in a unique setting like Beijing
Important note: Man U have played exhibition games in US football stadiums. If the Premier League ever played actual games in the US, fans there would riot.
You should add Maracaña in Rio, Brazil 🇧🇷 Capacity of almost 80,000 We hosted an olympic games in2016 and an world cup in 2014, so there is the infrastructure The NFL is the fastest growing american league, more than the nba or mlb, for instance they started having the superbowl on movie theates over here and they were all crowded. And an nba team played a preseason game here Tom Brady, the goat has a brazilian wife( come on nice argument this one ahha) In fact I think the pats owner even said they were considering it Edit: a guy mentioned timezones, so Brasil is in south america, the difference in time zones to the us is NOT big (1 hour from new york time)
I get the big house, but I’ve always dreamed of a Steelers vs Eagles game in Happy Valley. Still a massive stadium and an intrastate rivalry. My childhood dream was a last second switch of Super Bowl venue if its was a turnpike bowl, but that’s obviously impossible
Westfalenstadion in Dortmund, Germany, would be amazing. As you said about the UK you should tackle the complete market, not just a city. Pros: -The Westfalenstadion is with a capacity of 81,365 the biggest stadium in Germany -Dortmund's soccer team, Borussia Dortmund, developed US-Stars like Christian Pulisic or Gio Reyna -Since Dortmund itself was a Soccer World Cup host-city twice (1974, 2006) the city /region definitely has enough infrastructure to host the NFL -1h train ride away from other metropoles like Cologne or Düsseldorf
I don't know why there has been no games played in Germany in decades. Until recently they were the 3rd biggest market (now Mexico) behind Canada for American football. Hell, not until last year that I found Austria has a amateur American football league. And now there is the ELF (European League of Football) founded last year consisting of teams from 5 countries. They even have an agreement with the NFL to use team names from the old NFL Europe. Frankfurt, Cologne, Berlin, and Barcelona will be able to use their original NFL Europe team names again. Central Europe is ready and prime for an NFL expansion team. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_League_of_Football
That's the point. Germany has the most Amiercan Fooball fans in Europe. Germany has the strongest football leagues GFL1/GFL2 (with the Austrians and their AFL) and with the strongest teams. Germany has the EFL with a clear dominance. (Dusseldorf Rhine Fire is also back) Dusseldorf is just like Frankfurt and Munich in the round for an NFL game. Germany should clearly be the first/next in Europe to get an NFL game. Football is growing fast (also in the youth) and the potential is definitely there.
One BIG problem with Anfield, Old Trafford and the Nou Camp is that their playing surfaces aren't big enough as American football needs a longer surface than football to be played on
A Bucs-Patriots game in either Anfield (owned by the Red sox owner) or Old trafford (owned by the Bucs) before Brady retires would be nuts. I can see Goodell, Kraft, and Glazer pulling a few strings to make that happen. It would also bring the intensity of the Liverpool, Man U rivalry to the NFL.
No chance of that being close to the intensity of the football The owners are not the most popular folks especially in Manchester so I doubt any of the locals would care one bit which ‘franchises’ these folks own
On NFL only playing in London; if the Premier League chose one city in USA to play football based on popularity in the area, they'd probably head direct to Seattle.
Give this a thought: the NFL running a contest for high schools in NFL markets to host a regular season game. Necessary upgrades at no cost to the school. High Schools out side an NFL market could be done, too.
It’s kinda funny how the gophers stadium got a nfl game before the Michigan stadium. Also Allianz field in Minnesota is like a mini version of the big one in Germany. It has hosted d3 college football between st Thomas (now d1) and St. John’s.
The NFL market in Spain is growing every year. Barcelona is the host of the Barcelona Dragons, former NFL Europe team and now part of the European League of Football. As of today, Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid is getting a renovation. Real Madrid's president plants to bring the NFL to Madrid once the renovations are done. Spain will be an ideal location for a NFL season game due to the nice weather we have during the autumn
I know they wouldn't do it, because the capacity isn't huge in either stadium, but sending 4 teams to Dundee, Scotland to have 2 NFL games being played right down the street from one another would be an interesting sight.
A couple of things: First, if the NFL were to play at the MCG, they'd want the game shown live in the US. If the game were a 7 pm Sunday local start, that's 3 am Eastern US time. If the game was a 12 noon Sunday local start, it would be a 8 pm Eastern US kickoff Saturday. By law and by custom the NFL doesn't play Saturday games until December so a game in Australia may not work. Second, most of the European stadiums on the list aren't designed for American football. For example, the locker rooms are each designed for about 23 people who are about 5'9" 180 lbs.. NFL teams dress 53 people who are around 6'2" 220 or more on average so they would need to redo the locker room areas or build new ones. This is why they play at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. It was specifically designed to host NFL games. You'd also need to block off seats in the lower bowl because people wouldn't be able to see over the sideline. Third, NFL games do a number on grass fields. This is another reason the NFL plays the London games at Spurs. They remove the soccer pitch and play the game on the turf field under it. Teams may not want to have to host the NFL game then replace the turf right after the game.
For Melbourne, First Tuesday in November (Melbourne Cup Day) is a public holiday, so a Tuesday 11am kick-off for "Monday Night Football" (8pm US ET Monday) would work perfect. Then give both teams the bye the following week. Plus the locker/changeroom areas at the MCG are quite large, and could easily accomodate temproary lockers for a 53 player squad.
I know Frankfurt and Dusseldorf are on the NFL's shortlist, but Munich should be the favourite to get awarded the German International game from 2022/23. Surprised that Berlin wasn't considered, but having been to the Olympiastadion, the running track around the pitch does mean the view from the Upper Tiers can feel like you're miles away compared to when I watched Bears v Raiders at Tottenham's ground in 2019. Having worked at Anfield & Old Trafford (used to do radio work covering another Premier League team), if the league were looking to add a Northern UK venue, the former should be the clear favourite. The upgrades to the main stand and the stadium facilities as a whole should make it more appealing for the likes of Goodell wanting swanky VIP boxes, plus its more suited for modern needs of visiting media personnel etc. Whereas the Glazers have left the OT infrastructure to deteriorate - it's not quite reached Oakland Coliseum levels of disrepair, but it's not far off with leaking roofs in some parts and the worst press box I have ever worked in!
I doubt they would use Old Trafford. The biggest problem all of the fans have is the stadium has not been upgraded despite multiple assurances from the Glazers. It would be like playing in Central Florida’s rusty bounce house. My choice for stadium would be Branson High School. Get some lights out there and then let a couple of teams play there. It would be wild to see players having to show up in full pads because there is not enough dressing room space. 👍🏻👍🏻plus you and Brandon can do another road trip!
@@banjoplayingbison2275 AFL had hosted exhibition games in North America before but the field dimensions look so weird. I don't think a stadium in North America could fit in a proper footy oval.
I'd like to see the NFL have a game at The Big House just for the embarrassment of not being able to fill it. If it's a Lions game, I can pretty much guarantee they wouldn't.
What exactly is an exhibition game? What makes it different form a regular season/preseason game? I feel like I’ve never heard of one since I’ve been watching the NFL
Camp Nou, Santiago Bernabéu, Allianz Stadium, Olympiastadion(Berlin), San Siro, Stade de France, Parc de Princes, Johan Cruyff Arena, Croke Park could host games of NFL in Europe
As a Yank who has spent time with Aussies I guarantee they would love the NFL! Given how similar Rugby League is the American Football and the drama and intensity in Aussie Rules Football (Footy), there is no doubt it could be successful there Please play a NFL game at the Melbourne Cricket Ground!
Yeah although we bitch about all the breaks and how long the games are, there are plenty of NFL fans here. Gonna disagree with you about American football being as intense as the AFL though. There's no pads, quarters generally get up to half an hour with no real breaks (although there is an interchange system), players regularly run over 10km/6 miles with the record being 18.9km/11.5 miles in a game, players are expected to do basically everything at every position, the hits are big, the game is tough and technical, and a pro footy player has to be one of the fittest athletes of any sport in the world. A game that has downs that last 5-10 seconds doesn't compare, even despite the skill and big hits you see in the NFL. I truly think the AFL is the greatest sports league in the world
NFL at optus stadium would be cool as well. Capacity rises to 66 000, and both the stadium and bridge have the ability to light up. The 24+ hour journey might be a logistical nightmare, but the stadium has hosted the AFL Grand Final this year so it can put on a show
There is a good Aussie cohort of NFL fans, since it is held during the off-season of "our" football codes (NRL/AFL/Rugby). The one thing holding it back is the time difference; almost every game is played either early Monday morning or during work hours.
@@Oliviben You got to think about timezones and Stadium availability as the NFL season starts around the same time as AFL/NRL Finals and finishes during Cricket season which means games would need to be on the east coast and said stadium would be free in the Spring/Summer being the only options would be Stadium Australia in Sydney or Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane
@@TOTN17 oh logistically it would never work, especially on flight time and time difference alone, let alone ground availability and all that. It was just if everything was taken out of the equation
The problem with the mcg is like the dual purpose stadiums problem. The circular layout of the stadium makes watching most rectangular field sports terrible viewing as a spectator. Only German Stadiums that could be Considered are the Berlin Olympiastadion IF Herthas plans to build a new stadium go ahead, Munich Olympiastadion through it is ageing or the Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen which has a retractable pitch
@@TOTN17 the NFL has already announced which stadiums are considered, the ones in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt and Allianz Arena.
after the Kim dynasty is done with; I would love to see a game at the May Day Stadium in Pyongyang
3:45 For here I would say the Aviva would be a better venue for an NFL game than Croker. Its a better and more modern stadium, and thats not even getting into the GAAs reluctance to have foreign sports played in Croke Park
A better stadium? Oh buddy you are talking pure sheit it's literally irelands B stadium look the Aviva is a good stadium but better then Croke Park? Your clearly not Irish to be saying something like that
@@kurtpunchesthings2411 As someone who has luckily been to both many times, the Aviva is better in almost every way. Croke Park has better atmosphere for the all ireland finals and it has more history but those are the only things better than the Aviva.
@@kurtpunchesthings2411 ah gway with yourself saying people clearly arent Irish because of a random youtube comment. I much prefer Croke Park personally but I meant the Aviva is a much better venue for the show that is the NFL. Not to mention too not having to work out some sort of deal with the Grab All Association if it was held in the Aviva
@@LN_997 ah ok as a venue for NFL yes Aviva stadium would be better i thought you were saying Aviva was a better stadium in general yea no objections there
8:09 Well, the NFL just announced that they will be hosting a game here in 2022. :))
I would love for the NFL to have a game in Kentucky, even though we're not that big of a state we are very passionate about all sports!!!
Anyone here after the NFL announced they’re playing some games in Munich and Frankfurt
I think time zones play a huge role here. Ultimately, all the view revenue would still come from the US. So anything beyond Hawaii or Western Europe are out. Which is a shame, bc I feel like Russians would love American Football.
Ireland and Germany are my realistic picks. Also, move the Jets to Toronto.
I'd love to see a real football game where the Jets play
Jets fan have been wishing for a real football game for the past 50 years 😂☠😂☠😂☠😂☠😂☠😂
How about a NFL team actually in NYC!!!
😅@@banjoplayingbison2275 the Bills take up all of the football oxygen in NY state and not even NYC is big enough to justify having a 2nd team in the state 🦬
NFL is shown regularly on TV in Brazil, and I know a number of Brazilians who watch NFL. Combined with recently built/upgraded stadiums across the country from the 2014 World Cup, and the NFL has a great chance to host a game at Arena da Amazônia in Manaus. LOL.
But being more serious, it would have to be at the Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro.
just made the same comment
Estadio BBVA in Monterrey, México would be another place the NFL should look at!
Yes! If the UK is not just London, Mexico is not just Mexico City!
One year later Allainz Stadium has hosted a regular season game
What about Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund? Biggest stadium in Germany!!!
Thanks FivePoints
MLB: But have you considered, a random cornfield in Iowa?
not trying to be that annoying guy, but the nfl should come to brazil
we have a couple of nice stadiums: allianz park, neo química arena, morumbi and maracanã
not to mention that the football market here is quite big and we'd definitely fill up a 50k-60k capacity stadium
NFL should come to Brazil too, as American Football is quite popular here and the Maracanã is an beautiful stadium
I wished you would have included Bristol Motor Speedway. It hosted 150000 fans for college football back in 2016.
Frankfurt is actually being considered for the Germany game next year, so it could happen
Not knocking Melbourne, though, since they are mad about sport down there too
People are mad about nfl in melbourne too.
@@largechips didn't say they weren't. In fact I basically said so in the last sentence
I have heard from my dad that even after the upgrade, advertising signs can block the view of Rugby League matches at Adelaide Oval, and I can see that happening at the G too
@@lynxraide definitely, nobody wants their view blocked by advertising. A big NRL would do the trick just fine. ANZ hosted NFL preseason once in the 2000s I think
Croke park is one of the nicest stadiums I've ever been to, the Irish would love to see a regular season game here. it would do incredibly well
As Spanish, I can tell you that NFL market is quite large here.
- Most fans in Europe
- Probably the strongest American football leagues in Europe GFL1 / GFL2
- The strongest teams in Europe
- Strong youth teams -> potential for the future
- Great football history
Teams like:
-> New Yorker Lions with most GFL Championships
-> Düsseldorf Panther the oldest active club with the 2 most GFL Championships
Or teams from NFL Europe: Rhine Fire, Berlin Thunder or Frankfurt Galaxy with the first EFL Championship
- Headquarters of the EFL
-> currently still with clear German dominance
- Central location in Europe
- Larger share of Americans (soldiers in particular)
etc...
But Spain would definitely be very cool too!!!
Would be cool in Australia, but that won’t be happening for a long time with their lockdowns
This is coming from someone who is an Australian citizen it can only get worse.
@@outlawrip-offartist4161 Yeah damn that science and all its pesky lies
We aren't in lockdown anymore?
@@brentorourke I was gonna say lol. We're actually easing up a fair bit now
Our lockdown is over.
As a Melburnian (I live in Melbourne) I would love it if the NFL came here and a lot of my friends would love it!
NFL should seriously consider bringing a game to Brazil. There's is a somewhat large fanbase and we have plenty of stadiums that were built for the World Cup that would be suitable. A game being played in Maracanã would certainly sell out.
Crazy to see these 100+ year old stadiums still up. Meanwhile NFL stadiums max out at 35 years old.
Other suggestions:
Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund: Cool design and can hold up to 80,000. Color scheme is black and yellow making it an ideal spot for a Steelers game.
Stade Velodrome in Marseille: holds up to 61K and has the appeal of novelty
Principality Stadium in Cardiff: holds 70k+ and you could have the Welsh fans sing the National Anthem a capella (Seriously, look up a video of Welsh fans singing their national anthem in that stadium before a rugby match.
Even better at night when it lights up
though my favorite remains the Bird's Nest Stadium in Beijing because come on, that thing's a GEM. I'd love to see an NFL game in a unique venue like that one in a unique setting like Beijing
The NFL actually planned a preseason game at the bird’s nest but it was canceled
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/China_Bowl_(NFL)
Baldy, the big house held a Lions-Cowboys preseason game in 1971
Ah shit
Important note: Man U have played exhibition games in US football stadiums. If the Premier League ever played actual games in the US, fans there would riot.
Croke Park did not host that college game , it was held across town in the Aviva Stadium where they play the Rugby games!!
Rio de Janeiro at Maracaná would be insane!
made the same comment
Camp Nou is a master class of a stadium in Barcelona, not Madrid. That would be equivalent to saying Fenway is in New York.
The Rungrado 1st of May Stadium in Pyongyang, North Korea 🇰🇵
You should add Maracaña in Rio, Brazil 🇧🇷
Capacity of almost 80,000
We hosted an olympic games in2016 and an world cup in 2014, so there is the infrastructure
The NFL is the fastest growing american league, more than the nba or mlb, for instance they started having the superbowl on movie theates over here and they were all crowded. And an nba team played a preseason game here
Tom Brady, the goat has a brazilian wife( come on nice argument this one ahha)
In fact I think the pats owner even said they were considering it
Edit: a guy mentioned timezones, so Brasil is in south america, the difference in time zones to the us is NOT big (1 hour from new york time)
Beaver Stadium… Steelers vs. Eagles right in the center of the state… I’m a Jets fan and even I’d find that wild.
Have an nfl game inside Bristol motor speedway they know how to
Kyle field, Bryant-Denny stadium,
I get the big house, but I’ve always dreamed of a Steelers vs Eagles game in Happy Valley.
Pros:
-The Westfalenstadion is with a capacity of 81,365 the biggest stadium in Germany
-Dortmund's soccer team, Borussia Dortmund, developed US-Stars like Christian Pulisic or Gio Reyna
-Since Dortmund itself was a Soccer World Cup host-city twice (1974, 2006) the city /region definitely has enough infrastructure to host the NFL
-1h train ride away from other metropoles like Cologne or Düsseldorf
As somebody who lives in East Rutherford, New Jersey I would absolutely love it if an NFL team came to play in my hometown!
Singapore National Stadium. Because nothing beats the experience of ordering a chicken rice bowl from the hawker center before the big game.
Seahawks vs ? In Vancouver would be awesome.
One BIG problem with Anfield, Old Trafford and the Nou Camp is that their playing surfaces aren't big enough as American football needs a longer surface than football to be played on
A Patriots game at Anfield would be the perfect marriage of my two favorite teams
They should play an NFL game at Bristol Motor Speedway... The collage game was fun that they had there
Croke Park would suit the league if it was ever to come to Ireland. We already have the NCAA every year.
Yea but getting the G.A.A to agree to foreign sports is not easy shall we say plus the sad thing is the NFL wouldn't let Hill 16 be used for fans
No chance of that being close to the intensity of the football
The owners are not the most popular folks especially in Manchester so I doubt any of the locals would care one bit which ‘franchises’ these folks own
This is a fascinating video! Great job FPV!!! 👏👏👏👏👍👍
Now this is content, great as always
Fun fact: Munich is not far fetched, the nfl is in contact with the city about hosting a game there as early as 2022
On NFL only playing in London; if the Premier League chose one city in USA to play football based on popularity in the area, they'd probably head direct to Seattle.
I want Anfield to host an outdoor hockey game. The park next Anfield is called Stanley Park, named after that Stanley
The guy who invented the Stanley steamer?
Nah, the guy who invented the “Cleveland Steamer.”
Give this a thought: the NFL running a contest for high schools in NFL markets to host a regular season game. Necessary upgrades at no cost to the school. High Schools out side an NFL market could be done, too.
3:37 As a Nintendo fan who lives in Washington state, that line was hysterical.
besides Brazil's Maracana, there's also a couple of Argentina stadiums, like Boca Junior's La Bombonnera, and River Plate's Estadio Monumental
The MCG (or any grounds in Australia) will work, especially if they involve 2 teams with a well-known Australian Punter.
A couple of things:
First, if the NFL were to play at the MCG, they'd want the game shown live in the US.
Murrayfield in Edinburgh, Scotland (former home of the Scottish Claymores) and Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales should be on the list too.
👍🏻👍🏻plus you and Brandon can do another road trip!
having the MCG in the thumbnail made me happy as an australian, thank you 5 points
As a Aussiephile it made me excited too!
Maybe we can trade a NFL game in Australia for a AFL game here in America!
@@banjoplayingbison2275 AFL had hosted exhibition games in North America before but the field dimensions look so weird. I don't think a stadium in North America could fit in a proper footy oval.
I got to tour Camp Nou on a trip in 2013. I'd love to see an NFL game there
I am surprised the no mention of Maracana in Rio where Brasil market is aware of NFL
I'd like to see the NFL have a game at The Big House just for the embarrassment of not being able to fill it. If it's a Lions game, I can pretty much guarantee they wouldn't.
Notable Snubs:
Johan Cruyff Arena (Amsterdam, Netherlands)
Olympiastadion (Berlin, Germany)
Veltins Arena (Gelsenkirchen, Germany)
Hampden Park (Glasgow, United Kingdom)
Wanda Metropolitano (Madrid, Spain)
Stade France (Paris, France)
Docklands Stadium (Melbourne, Australia)
Stadium Australia (Sydney, Australia)
Perth Stadium (Perth, Australia)
Eden Park (Auckland, New Zealand)
What about Bristol MotorSpeedway? Has plenty of seats and the view would be amazing no matter where you sit!
Mistake at 4:23: Camp Nou is in Barcelona, not Madrid.
What exactly is an exhibition game? What makes it different form a regular season/preseason game? I feel like I’ve never heard of one since I’ve been watching the NFL
Some shots of the insides of the stadiums would've been nice.
Camp Nou, Santiago Bernabéu, Allianz Stadium, Olympiastadion(Berlin), San Siro, Stade de France, Parc de Princes, Johan Cruyff Arena, Croke Park could host games of NFL in Europe
Also Etihad and Emirates stadium can also host NFL games
IDK why, but there is something oddly cursed about the information that the Buccs and Manchester have the same owner
having a game at the g would be insane, one of the biggest crowds the nil would get
As a Yank who has spent time with Aussies I guarantee they would love the NFL!
Given how similar Rugby League is the American Football and the drama and intensity in Aussie Rules Football (Footy), there is no doubt it could be successful there
Please play a NFL game at the Melbourne Cricket Ground!
It would be an event that many aus nfl fans would go for but the Sydney Olympic stadium would be a better fit even having hosted college football games
You say that Allianz Arena is a longshot when Munich is one of three sites being considered for the Germany game next year (with Dusseldorf and Frankfurt being the other two)
For the Pacific Islander players you could have one at eden park, Auckland NZ
I’d like to see a game in Scotland like either Hamden park or murrayfield which has nearly 70,000 seats and it’s in Scotland’s capital city and regularly hosts large scale rugby games
“Invade”
Sounds like a war or something
