'A sad but lovely story of how good people find good people.
Beautiful story of human kindness.
It is so extremely important that these stories of spiritual bravery be told! We only hear about the horrible things done to others but these stories are a model for how to behave. I used to tell my students it wasn't enough not to be a bully but to step in when they saw bullying going on. We role played how it might happen on the yard and came up with safe ways to go about it since my students were 2nd graders and bullies might be older and bigger.
I have read many survivor stories but this was the first I have read or seen about the Kabilio and Hardaga families. This was a wonderful true story.
God bless them all!
This is a great story. Would make a movie.
Kindness is rare, great courage is even rarer, so the two together are a marvel.
That is quite beautifully put.
Beautiful story! And precious rare people
Love is beyond religions.. A base for mankind to exist, but often it is tattered to give way for hate, death and wars..
These stories give me hope for humanity. I hope that I would have this type of courage.
Wasn't expecting a story like this.. Glad to hear it though.
Some of us in Bosnia are of Jewish origin, even we are Moslems today ... "Konvenyamos konverdad,Sabetay"
This is the history of who we are. Humanity and love of your fellow man will always defeat evil. Let's celebrate the good people.
During WW2 there were many Righteous Among the Nations, one of those was Oskar Schindler who was portrayed by actor Liam Neeson in the movie Schindler's List. Another Righteous gentile was the Portuguese consul to France Aristides de Sousa Mendes who issued visas to approximately 10,000 Jews despite orders from Portugal not to issue visas to Jews. Sousa died in 1954 without a cent to his name, heartbroken and forgotten. However, he will not be forgotten by The Almighty. May God bless his soul for what he did.
A story that was righteous all the way around. Sad and touching.
A história dessas duas famílias e muito linda!
I love this story
THANK YOU
Bosniak greetings to our Jewish friends ❤ You are courageous people just as we are
This is just an indisputable truth that kindness and justice are irreversible
