Hidden Penguin its nit just jbl it happened to my viva moov 28. But I haven't been home for a month so I can't get my actual charger that came with it😂😂
Hello, if you still have the problem, I found a solution. It's not about changing the cable, I tried a lot of it and it didn't work. What I did, was force a reset, pressing the three buttons, (+V, Power, -V) for 10 seconds, and now they work perfectly, the LED light goes out because they are fully charged, you just reset it and they work again, I hope it works for you. :)
This works! My JBL everest 300s stopped charging. I tried several different cords (I couldn't find my JBL specific ones) until I found one that worked. Still needed me to place the headphones down gently to remain charging, so not perfect but a BIG help! Thanks dude!!!
i've noticed that's because of the port on the headphones themselves. sorry to be so late, but it's really not about the cable at all, it's the headphone usb port.
If this didn't work, try resetting it. I pressed all three buttons at once for 10 seconds and after switching it on, it switched on -but turned off due to low battery.- EDIT: i had to press the power button for another 10 seconds to enter pairing mode. It didn't turn off before, the red light simply blinked red every 5 seconds (i Guess it was indicating last paired device was not detected)
Thank you. I'm my case, the charging cable that was included with senso activbuds s-250 was not a good quality. I swapped the charging cable for a thicker one, and headphones are charging! Thank you for the reminder to check everything!
Oh shit. I had those and the same thing happen. One day..out of the blue.. and for whatever reason it stopped holding a Charge...No matter what I did. It would not accept a current into the battery. So I had to throw them out
I have a set of over the ear wireless JBLs and they have this problem where, they will light up when a charging cord is connected, BUT only sometimes, and any disturbance, like setting them down after plugging them in, will cause the light to go out, and cause them not to charge. I think the port inside the headphone where the micro-USB connects isn't seated properly, and any real disturbance is enough to stop the connection to that peice.
I found a tricky tip somewhere in a forum which is worked in my case: 1: hold the power button about 15 sec 2: keep hold it and plug in the charging cabel until the led get lighting (in red or purple) 3: keep hold then unplug the charging cable 4: release the power button and try to turn on Insane, but it works for me. Hope it helps for you guys! Cheers
Holly Hairston hey I found out that it was because the charger that came with the headphones didn’t work, it was the charger not the headphones because it charged with my brother’s charger.
Shooga Shooga Thats terrible marketing. If you’re selling these types of electronics, you should know what charger needs to be used for those. If they can’t even ship the correct chargers, then they honestly are just the worst of the worst companies.

I even left them to charge for 10 hours and it's still red, not turning blue (to indicate fully charged). As soon as I pull them out of charge, they are dead. They won't turn on, just like having an empty battery. They only weird thing is the red LED actually turns on when plugged on charge, as I said. What should I do in this case?

Hi, for how long do you have your headphones? Maybe they are still under manufacturer warranty?
Based on the model there may be a way to perform a factory-reset. That sometimes can fix headphones. Which model are you having problems with?
