Youtube unrestricted mode greyed out FIX!

This video explaines how to change the restriction mode when its been locked and greyed out. I need to make a correction. Where I say you need to put the allowed apps is wrong, the colum at the top are the "Allowed Apps" and the long list at the bottom are the apps that are not allowed. In order to allow them you need to hit the plus sign that will move it to the top colum. Sorry.
