I just turned 65 and girl, let me tell you! THIS was VERY helpful. I can't believe I've gone on for 6 decades without knowing how to purchase proper fitting bras! Your tips for a proper fitting SPORTS bra, is also good for choosing a proper fitting regular bra, at least in my opinion it is. Thank y'all so much for putting this video up.

@@diksha9018 it depends what you do in a day. If you are constantly active, yes! You do what works for you and your breast size.

I have two sports bras one is racer back and one is criss cross back... But the problem is both of the bras clothing material is not stretchy.. and there in no separate lining for boobs but they have separate pads inside which move during i do your workouts.. i have to adjust the pads in the middle of workout... What should I do?

It is so hard to find the right one. same for normal bras. ugh, I hate it!
E. D. Haha!! We’ll never get it right the first time round. It takes lots of trail and error and eventually you’ll find the perfect cut and brand for you. 😊

This is so helpful!! I am working on a project to make my own bespoke support garments, combining the flattening effect of a chest binder, the support of a sports bra, and the breathability of an 18th century stay. Seeing these examples of fit an support are very helpful!

I wear a DD and I always get back pain unless I wear low impact. If i wear anything loser they won’t stay put in high impact activities, but when I tighten them my traps immediately hurt! It’s a real struggle
Wear normal comfortable bra and then wear shorts bra on it . You will feel better and perfect hold even when you are doing high impact exercise. I am doing it and now I don't have any more problem while and after exercise.

omg...the most wanted needed video..i always struggle to get a perfect sports bra i didn't know the difference till now!!! for me its hiit n cardio so i need to buy medium n high impact bras...this was knowledgeable
Honestly...when i started watching ur videos, it even motivated and gave me the inspiration to do things at the same time...but earlier i used to feel that it really wouldn't bother me if i stay overweight.and also when i first used to do squats, it would used to pain a lot and was lot harder to do it..but surprisingly when i do it now its like soooooooooo EASY..and im just 13..and my friends teased me a lot and when i did it during the weekends and went to school my friends were like,"omy god farah, u look soooo thin"..and trust me that feeling is heavenly..so thank u sooooooooo much joanna.and i also know that its nothing related to this video its just that i wanted to inform u this thing..

yes, sport bra is necessary, and I choose the combination bra since most of my activity is running, indoor sport (badminton) and cardio workout at home. I have several brands and type of sport bra, but still nike is most I feel comfortable. thanks for the sharing both of you :)

Thank you SOOOOOOO much for this video - I didn't even realise the different types of bras do different things e.g. compression. Love your humour, how you presented the information, and also 'feels like coming out of straight-jacket' comment (because I thought I was the only one that felt like that!).

Excellent video girls!! I had started to training in running at the age of 10 (now I'm 30), and that is the first time I listen a perfect explanation about sport bra. Considering I have very little boobs, it's been very difficult for me to find the correct bra since I started to use them. Only now, I can be more confident about my breast size and choosing comfortable bras instead uncomfortable bras to try to make them looks bigger.

Thank you for this video. Very informative! I can't imagine not wearing a sports bra. I'm too big to not wear one (DD)!! 😱 Encapsulated Y-backs are the best for me. Criss-cross backs look very cute, but they never give enough support. Sometimes I'll wear a sports bra when I'm not working out because they're so comfy, especially if I'm working on my feet for hours. Great for reducing back pain! 😊
