It is indeed a very spacious home, and the structure has already been renovated, it lacks renovation to the roof and the internal work to become a wonderful stone home in a quiet area! Certainly a property to visit!

Hi, Rino! Just subscribed to your new channel here! Enjoyed the first videos, and especially this last one! It’s a partial ruin, yes, but some spaces not needing so much work. The lg ground floor room with the high ceiling and arched tall door openings will be a wonderful space once restored! The area is pretty and peaceful, and I hope someone quickly snaps this up and gives it a new life!

This 's structure has been renovated, although the roof and the first floor need work still.
Once finished it will become a beautiful stone property in the beautiful Majella national park.

Hi Rino - this would be a very large project for someone. It looks like it would take a lot of time and a lot of money to turn it around - maybe 2 years and €100k - what do you think? The first question for me is why the previous owner gave up on it - but it's probably down to the cost of completing the project. I do like the natural stone - maybe it could be salvaged and used on a different project entirely - just a thought. It would be great to see this house brought back to life - and I hope it happens before the pigeons move in! 🪶🪶
The property's renovation was started, with the structure being renovated while the roof and first floor still need renovation. It will take much less than two years for the renovation (1 year at most) but to complete the work it will be necessary more than € 100.000.
This property was purchased about a year ago, the current owner had bought it to renovate and move here in San Valentino but then her job took her somewhere else so she has to sell now unfortunately.
The stones can certainly be reused!
