Joe the first hour was fun...then I'm exhausted. I closed my office and spent 3 hours pushing snow and shoveling...18". Stay warm my Southern Illinois friend
Aaron I hope we both with the lottery...awesome wouldn't that be fun. Tell your wife my siblings paid for part of the this big deer...maybe both of wives will feel better. You made me laugh and I needed it today thank you.
Iron even though I own this tractor my guys use it more than I. This was the first time I've operated the 5090M...the second time I found the air ride seat lever. Thank you for helping me and supporting my channel...this tractor is a beast.
Do you push with the FEL in “float”? I definitely would, especially when you back-drag with the cylinders fully extended, when they’re at their weakest. Those cylinders look strong, but many have bent them when back-dragging with them fully extended. There’s a lot of leverage from the blade (or a bucket) available to bend them in that position. If the blade catches something, something has to give. In float, if blade snags anything (like a seam or a lip) you hope the floating FEL will hop the obstacle instead of bending the cylinders in their extended vulnerable position.
Coby I don't know if this FEL has a float position...I've tried it's nothing like my 3 series tractor. I have to figure it out...right now it's all by feel. I was very careful with the backdragging hopefully the cyclinders will hold. Thank you happy Friday
Good question I wanted the narrow width for plowing drive up window lanes and to travel down the street legally. This snow was not deep...we'll see if she could handle a wider plow with the heavy deeper snow. Thank you
Beast of a tractor sir! The HLA transformer is cool too. Is it hydraulic or electrically actuated? Would love to see more of the 5090 if you have the time.
You got all the cool toys! I usually despise snow, but it actually looks fun with that combo setup!

Nice, I work on 6 series J.D tractors at work they are great machines. Belive it or not some of the 5 and 6 series tractors are built in Germany.

I drive a 5090R in Quebec with a 92" rear mounted snow blower for driveways, Does your M not come with air suspension seat you can raise and lower?

Looks like the 5090 could handle a wider pusher. Are there any site limitations that make the 10' width the most practical size?

It is hydraulic off the third function on the loader. Time is the problem I'm very busy...running out of time. Thank you she is a little beast.
