Common sense tells me that the gun was to protect herself, and she was meeting someone who she knew or blackmailed to meet. There is no reason for wearing a work uniform, making a sandwich and filling up the car if the end it near !! Plus a find my body last words ! I’m about an hour away from Lumberton and I have always heard/known why you go to Lumberton and it’s not to do that in a state park in and around stagnant water at any point of the year when we even get a hint of warm weather! Actually I think she was lured to the lawyers property with the promise to sign papers to make the divorce easy and quick. Mica probably reluctantly went because she would do anything to get him to stop. She probably had that gut feeling something bad was gonna happen so she stopped and bought a gun on the way. JP knew she stopped and bought the gun because he had a PI, ie ... that guy in the pawnshop in the hat, listening in on her convo. Once that guy realized she was buying a gun he left and called JP. He used her own gun against her. She had to have had it in her purse already . She was ambushed and forced onto a boat. IMO. That was 100% AI . We all saw on the Robbie Harvey's video . He re- created the 911 call exactly. The AI is so good that you say the words regular and it adds pauses, breathing and cadence. This is why we can hear in the boosted audio the words micas about to say but said regular , then Mica says those words. It was just a glitch in a cheap AI app that did it. I bet he used AI to create Toms voice and have him call Mica and lure her to his property with some bs about how JP threw it on him last minute and he's about to go fishing , and she knew it was weird but trusted him as a lawyer. 🤯 💥 BOOM

I just drove home from Myrtle Beach today and to drive to that state park where she was found, she had to take BACK ROADS over an hour to get there!! I drove right over the Lumber River and thought about her looking down at that swampy water. It makes zero sense for her to drive out there.😢

I thought the FBI was only investigating the church’s finances and how he was ‘possibly’ stealing, cheating the government and church contributors. I’m not certain legally when the FBI is allowed to step in to her death’s investigation. There are laws/rules about that. I do THINK perhaps when law officials, such as the local police, seem to have mishandled, broken laws or known purposely not to have done their due diligence is when they legally are allowed to step in. What if she didn't go to the park, but somewhere next to the park? A boat could have dumped the body. Where the body was found makes no sense. How can a body float 40 meters in still water in a couple of hours? And was it being held down between a log and a tree?

Look for the video of the kayaker who found her body. He said something was sticking out of the water so he bumped the log on top of it and then a body part came out of the water so he then knew it was a person.
I feel like she met JP at his attorney's house, who it's been said lives near that park. JP probably lured her there maybe allegedly saying he'd sign the divorce papers. I feel like he could have been blackmailing her or something with the things he had done prior with the photos. Its just weird. Why wouldnt she have just left a note at home if she was worried about her family finding her? If she was going to a specific location and it was planned why not leave a note instead of calling 911. Then all the other random things that have came out in his past along with his odd behavior since. Mica more than likely knew a lot he didn't want out, maybe that's why he treated her the way he did making her fear if she were to ever say anything it would be bad news for her. I am sure he had backup if she ever spoke threatening her if she did he would do let out who knows what. I find it a very interesting fact & too coincidental that her ‘husband’s’ attny owned land backing right up to where Mica was found dead… the state park she had to look up directions to. I feel that she was going to meet someone there. She was dressed for work & had purchased a sandwich, which was on her front seat when they found her. The MURDER weapon wasn’t any where close to her body. There was a bullet hole in a tree, etc, etc, etc. Her mood the day before was positive & upbeat according to those she spoke with & even had arranged some get together, etc. She had truly managed to get PAST the hardest parts of separating herself from her abuser & creating ties and the beginnings of a future life that all seemed very hopeful. It’s true that she still had a long path to travel, but taking the path to the park to kill herself doesn’t appear to be a detour she planned. I think J.P. coerced her into meeting him at the Park. I believe he was in the Dark Blue truck parked across the road from the gas station where she had stopped. He also drove back and forth a couple of times. I think he was waiting for her and grew restless and impatient so he came looking for her and saw her at the gas station. I believe Mica purchased that gun that day, simply for her protection!
I think she bought the gun in case she needed it for self defense while meeting JP's lawyer (who lives near the park). The lawyer also knows how to use AI. I think AI was used because also, it asked the operator if "she could pinpoint her location." They probably wanted to make sure it didn't register where she actually was.
While watching one of Gavin Fish's live videos on this case, an embalm mentioned how after death a lot of times there is discoloration of the hands that could be mistaken for bruising. And the time that the family would have seen her body falls within the time frame that those discolorations would occur. Ultimately I believe that JP Miller is civilly responsible for her death because of his coercion manipulation etcetera however I do not believe he actually killed her. I did it first but the thing that actually made me change my mind about that was finding out that there were two spent rounds. Because we know her history where she tried this once before and the gun didn't work it actually makes sense that she would fire one before just making sure that it was working before she actually shot herself. I don't see any reason why someone that was killing her would shoot a test shot.

We are quite used to the risk of dangerous animals in or around water. We have way too many dangerous snakes and alligators to just be wandering where we’ve never been before. Actually I think she was lured to the lawyers property with the promise to sign papers to make the divorce easy and quick. Mica probably reluctantly went because she would do anything to get him to stop.

I bet he used AI to create Toms voice and have him call Mica and lure her to his property with some bs about how JP threw it on him last minute and he's about to go fishing , and she knew it was weird but trusted him as a lawyer. 🤯 💥 BOOM

I saw a flier for a $495 uncontested divorce. He also sent some text about wanting to get the divorce over so he could move on and find a new wife.
I don’t trust the suggested timeline or story. I haven’t seen proof “she” went to the park through the park itself. Let’s remember older tv series such as Columbo and Monk. Deviants don’t think like we do. They assume people will buy what you feed them. Let’s start from square one with proven facts, assuming nothing and put the puzzle together from there leaving room for missing pieces.
I agree with you. She went to the park to meet up with someone and she got ambushed. Instead of a meet up to talk or get something the was taken and murdered. I find it a very interesting fact & too coincidental that her ‘husband’s’ attny owned land backing right up to where Mica was found dead… the state park she had to look up directions to. I feel that she was going to meet someone there. She was dressed for work & had purchased a sandwich, which was on her front seat when they found her. The MURDER weapon wasn’t any where close to her body. There was a bullet hole in a tree, etc, etc, etc. Her mood the day before was positive & upbeat according to those she spoke with & even had arranged some get together, etc. She had truly managed to get PAST the hardest parts of separating herself from her abuser & creating ties and the beginnings of a future life that all seemed very hopeful. It’s true that she still had a long path to travel, but taking the path to the park to kill herself doesn’t appear to be a detour she planned. I just hope that evil CRAZY man pays for his crimes and sins… and the local police along with anyone who enabled him.

I think J.P. coerced her into meeting him at the Park. I believe he was in the Dark Blue truck parked across the road from the gas station where she had stopped. He also drove back and forth a couple of times. I think he was waiting for her and grew restless and impatient so he came looking for her and saw her at the gas station. I believe Mica purchased that gun that day, simply for her protection!

I think AI was used because also, it asked the operator if "she could pinpoint her location." They probably wanted to make sure it didn't register where she actually was.

While watching one of Gavin Fish's live videos on this case, an embalm mentioned how after death a lot of times there is discoloration of the hands that could be mistaken for bruising. And the time that the family would have seen her body falls within the time frame that those discolorations would occur. Ultimately I believe that JP Miller is civilly responsible for her death because of his coercion manipulation etcetera however I do not believe he actually killed her. I did it first but the thing that actually made me change my mind about that was finding out that there were two spent rounds. Because we know her history where she tried this once before and the gun didn't work it actually makes sense that she would fire one before just making sure that it was working before she actually shot herself. I don't see any reason why someone that was killing her would shoot a test shot.
