hmm i struggle w this a lot but honestly you have to prioritize the important stuff first. set an alarm when you’re reading to remind you to take breaks. i usually set a goal to read 100 pages at night or so. throughout the day i get my work done & read at night mostly bc that’s my “relaxing” time. if you’re in school, try not to read as much until you get home. focus mainly on your school books. hope that helps!
