Awesome awesome workout! Thanks to Lori (?) who suggested an hour of basic. Just cause it’s called “basic step” doesn’t mean you don’t get an amazing workout (if you put in the effort!) I burned 526 calories! Yay!! Hope you can work more of this kind of step in Chris. I love the others but there are days when advanced/intermediate is just not in the cards for me. 😅. Love working out with you and I and adore you. You’re amazing. 😎💕

I probably commented on how great this 5000 step workout was when i first did it a year ago, but it deserves more likes and comments as I've done it MANY times since then. Please more 55-60 minute fast basic as they are brillantly simple (for those of us who are choreographically limited ) but challenging for those of us who are reasonable fit. 🥰

After learning brain and body stretching hip hop dance moves yesterday (the percolator was the best, I think it's more like a rodeo cowboy), easy step was what I needed today. Three risers was a good workout. I love that there is always the perfect fit for whatever my mood is, on your channel!!
Another super fun class that torched the calories! The time went so fast. Loved the routine, the music, the pace and that you were in full out “teacher” mode today! Boiling hot again today in the U.K. so I chose this one. Boy it was good. 460 calories and I needed a little of my left hand on the bench to get up. I guess I need more strength training 🤨. I will look for some 30 minute ones and then a walking/step/kickboxing 30 min workout to get my steps up. Thank you Chris

i just came back to this one... as I too was looking for something not complicated... and boy did this torch the calories... almost 500 !! insane... and the glutes are on fire.. going to cue up the additional stretch after step to help calm the glutes.
I think I may have tried this before but I am glad you re-booted because I really liked this!! Loved the steps and the pace! Steps were not super tough but still took thought! Thank you for the cardio and the stretch!! As James Brown said “I feeeeel good!!!“💦💦💦🎶🎶🎶👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
