Fast basic no joke! Easy to follow but definitely a heart pumping sweat fest! I had to take a few breaks, not normal for me, but kept moving and finished the wo!
OMG!!!! I was so sweaty and my heartrate was up! Loved that I could focus on dynamic movement to really get the cardio benefits of step, all while having fun! Another winner
So much fun. I love fast basic, it gives me the chance to add a riser. l usually work with no risers during advanced step for fear l may trip over my two left feet, lol. Made it all the way to the 4th combo before l had to remove the extra risers. Thank you, Chris, for challenging me every day. ❤😊❤
I’ve been cheating a bit this week since you haven’t been live so I have been sleeping in and working out a little later I the day. That has to stop as I feel much more energized if I get the workout in live. This quick step was a burner! I think I’m going to have to put a little piece of cardboard over the timer. This was a great workout and so much fun! Loved seeing everyone’s personalities shine through. I do have to say that doing it much later with the intention of needing a good workout I almost turned it off and chose another one because the beginning was a bit rough. Glad I stuck it out because it ended up shining in true Chris fashion!
Ended up coming back to this one tonight. I forgot that fast basic can be more challenging in terms of cardio because there are more “breaks” in advanced when you explain the trickier moves for us. Great stuff!

Wow what a workout! Every day is different. Today was a low energy day and I did one of your great 60 minute full body weight workouts but was feeling down on myself for not being able to complete everything. Today was better and I felt so energized (and sweaty) and the end of this one! What is it you say? Movement is progress? I just have to keep that in mind.

Christy, envious!!! When it gets warmer, I’m going to see if I can get a couple of my friends over to do some classes with me! One is my neighbor down the street. Not even sure she exercises. The other one lives further away, so we could get together once in a while. I actually met her in our exercise classes. Unfortunately, Covid messed that up!

I can only say whoa!! 😂 this was so exhausting and in the best way. I sweated in places I forgot I had lol bc once you know the steps it's just over and over. Which is good this is very much endurance geared. Still the most fun and great music.

I think it's great that you are "recycling" these "old" videos. They are still fresh, effective and i wouldn't have been able to remember them from the first time anyway! it must be hard work thinking of new stuff all the time... This is a fun way to move your body.
