John, George, and Ringo wanted Allen Klein and Paul wanted Linda's father to do it. The three of them were sold on Klein but Paul wasn't. Paul thought he was a crook and didn't trust him. The went with Klein and this created the final rift that caused the breakup and caused several years of the three of them not talking to Paul. Paul unfortunately for everyone ended up being right about Allen Klein.
